The gentlemen that helped me that day were absolutely great and would recommend renting from then for any need you may have. But UHAUL . . . .your app is total bull#$%!. I had the absolute worst experience using it. If the gentleman onsite had not been able to work around your system to get me the truck, I would have been out the whole day. As it was, I had to spend an hour waiting for him to to find ways to get me the truck. Do better.ERIC K.

This was a nightmare for a simple rental. I went in Friday to rent a trailer for Saturday. Spent over an hour due to poor customer competency. Then was told I have to repeat on Saturday. Took 45 minutes to redo paperwork while paying helpers to sit in truck. Uhaul has disgusting customer service! To talk, as in voice communication is impossible. If anyone is looking to rent stay the hell away from this location and U Haul!! Sorry the truth hurtsAlan G.

I needed to take a picture of my DL and upload. App didn't work with duck duck go. They couldn't scan my DL. Frustrating. Nice place, nice people. System stinks. The reason I had to go to this location is because I reserved at another location, but they didn't have the truck. My 9am reservation was completed at 10. Not pleased.bret K.

They charged me a $20 drop off fee when I dropped off at 4:30pm. Who closes at 4:30pm? I have never been charged a drop off fee at any of the locations that I've been too. They never advised me of when they would be closing and that there would be a drop off fee. I usually avoid this location as they are also very slow. They often have long lines because they work very slowly and inefficiently. I originally reserved at a different location but they changed my pickup location without advising Me. I played my order or 2 - 26' trucks to be in Agoura Hills,Ca. Although It worked out, it was very inconvenient to have to go elsewhere to pick up 2 trucks at 2 separate locations. Very inconvenient. Once I had the trucks, things worked out - I was able to keep 1 truck for the week and make additional trips. That said, your trucks drive horribly. Very rough riding. Would be convenient to return the trailer that I have rented to another uhaul location that was closer to where I was using it. It was especially inconvenient that I had to drive out of the way to pick it up. When I needed it in Canyon country,CA location. When that location didn't have it. That location just set me up in Simi Valley U Rent with out my knowledge. I found out via email as I was on my way to canyon country location. Waste of time and certainly money too.MARK D.

The first site at Stearns Petroleum didn't have my truck rental and the guy didn't have a number to call to find out where the Truck was. My Partner make some quick calls and found Tapo had one. The wait time was way too long for customer service in a situation like this. You should have a hot line for the representative at the site to call. Your Website was problematic with drop off. There was 6 customers trying to log on and the sessions kept expiring or wouldn't load at all. Phone reps were really good, wait time though was way too long.Daniel H.

It's always a hassle to get a uhaul, this place makes it worse!!!!!! NO HELP FROM THEM !!!! their advice is to call uhaul, witch seems to be good advice until you call and have to waite 45 minutes on hold because "All of the agents are helping other families", I'm thinking nothing else needs to be saidSTEVEN M.

Extra charges that were excessive, I filled up the truck with more gas than when I picked it up, and U-haul still charge me $7.50 I called on Monday 3/8/2021 with a complaint and U-haul never got back to me as promised. I am no long a customer at this location.PETER E.

The pick up location staff were very nice and accommodating. The truck was clean on the inside but very dirty on the outside. The truck leaked oil enough that I had to put a cardboard box under it to protect my driveway. The brakes, when applied between 40 and 60 miles per hour, created a tremendous vibration and wobble experience that was quite scary. Breaking at moderate speeds created an unsafe condition in my opinion. The vehicle definitely not maintained to my standards. It was my first experience renting a UHaul truck and perhaps my expectations were too high. On a positive note, the air conditioner worked flawlessly and I made the 400 mile journey without incident. .Mark H.

My only issue for the most part. Vehicle was left with less than a 1/8 of a tank and I left it with 5/8 of a tank. I only received a credit of $7.00. Vehicles should be left with at least 1/2 tank for customers. I am requesting a $75.00 credit for extra gas put into the tank so please credit an additional $68.00. The manager was grumpy and not helpful over all, questions like; do you need a truck with a ramp, do you need any dollies? Once i rented the truck it was too late and I did need those things so I didn't get done everything I needed.john D.

The gentleman working at the rental place was very nice. I arrived 12 mins early to pick up the trailer I rented. There was only one gentlemen checking customers in. I waited about 45 minutes before I was helped. I rented the 6x12 trailer. The other gentlemen hooked up the trailer and the lights were not working on the uhaul trailer. They tried to fix it but were unable. They had to call other places to see if there was another 6x12 trailer I could pick up. The closest one was Agoura Hills. I was not going to drive to Agoura to pick up another trailer, They were able to find me a 5x9 trailer which made us have to run a few more trips but we took it. I was charged for both the 6x12 trailer and the 5x9 trailer. It is now 4 days later and I have not received a credit for the 6x12 trailer that I did not get to rent. The people working there were all friendly and polite and I have no issue with them. The over all experience was horrible and wasted 2 hours of my time that should have been spent moving.Heather H.

This place was discussing. Gary was very rude. Don was great. There was an issue because I was scheduled to return the equipment after hours. I was told to just return the equipment and take a picture that it was not a big deal. Then I get my invoice and I was charged a after hours fee.
