I recommend the pick up location solely because the woman in charge was a gem and really moved things along as fast as she could. However, the location is a gas station, and it is extremely challenging to pick up a vehicle in the same line as people paying for gas, buying cigarettes, etc.

We’ll likely use it again for its convenience. But it was essentially a gas station/convenience store, and there was nobody available to help us park and disconnect the trailer.

This is a gas station location as well and although helpful, the clerk couldn’t find me in the system. I had been offered a deal as the truck I was using needed to be moved from the Seabeck location to the Silverdale one. On arrival the clerk had me take pictures of the mileage and gas which I did. She couldn’t find me in the system however when I gave her my name. Apparently the reservation was incorrectly entered and listed as a return not one way. I had to again call uhaul though the agent was exceptionally understanding and helpful, thank you Monica! This is the same location my friend used and was turned away from even though the return site and time were listed on his paperwork correctly. The clerk mentioned today she was told by the store owner to turn away uhaul customers as his fence was being repaired after a uhaul caused it damage. Turning away a customer when there was still ample parking and my friend had to return his truck 16 miles and charged an extra day because of this. We both followed the instructions given us however a simple move was made exponentially complicated. This has not been my previous experience with uhaul and I hope it’s isolated with these locations being given more training on how to manage uhaul reservations.

Called the number listed on website. The directions I was given were in the general area, but didn’t get me to the place. I suggest when a customer asks the service representative where it is located at tell them in the Mobil gas station.

I ordered a utility dolly and it was not put in the UHaul nor was the gas station attendant aware of it. I lost out on the $15 I had put down to rent it. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with UHaul and I will not be renting again. Next time I will go with Budget or other companies.

There was no one to explain to me how to properly hook up my vehicle to the tow dolly. The 26' U-Haul truck had an engine and transmission which operated in a way that I still do not understand. When driving downhill, the truck's engine speed would sometimes get up to 5,000 RPMs!! I am surprised that I made the trip from Silverdale, WA to Meridian, ID without damaging the truck's engine and transmission. The employee at the Mobil station was very respectful, however she had no knowledge whatsoever of how the equipment worked. The truck's gas tank was only half full at the time that I picked it up. Also, the tow dolly's drivers side tail lights did not work. I am very disappointed in the U-Haul company in that they don't train people in how to properly use their equipment.

Cashier available to return the rental was did not know how to operate the computer system and therefore asked me to return 12 hours later to finish the transaction when her boss would be at work again. The transaction was then charge double the rate without my authorization or signature.

We reserved a large truck, and then was called 24hr prior that that truck size wasn't available. This truck did not hold all of our belongings and made for a terrible move.

Have the truck that was stated in the contract available (and in good working order). Was given a smaller than ordered truck that could barely make it up the hill. Returned and the truck size that had been ordered was not available. Ended up paying for more truck than wanted. Will not be using UHaul in the future.

We were given a truck with an incorrect fuel level. The paperwork stated that the tank was at full when in fact it wasn’t. I took a picture immediately and upon returning to drop off the truck I was told I had to fill the tank or face severe fees fromuhaul. I showed the picture to the attendant and she stated it was a coworkers fault and she could do nothing. Not even call the manager. We were forced to pay for the rental stations mistake and then told we had to deal with it. Now the cost of our truck rental has nearly doubled and we have to try to contact the manager to get our money back. Not at all pleased.

The location is a gas station that also sells food, so if you arrive when it's busy it will take you a while to check out (only one person was working when I dropped off the truck).
