The computer kept restarting so the lady had to input all my information 3 times before it worked!!! On top of being a gas station she had me keep waiting so she could ring up the other customers... I ended up having to wait almost an hour each time inside..1 to get the truck and OVER and hour just to return the truck! Yes it’s a Convenient location but the system there is bad!! The lady was nice is about the only positive feedback I have...

Truck was full of moving blankets I didn't request. Was charged for gas even though I returned it with exactly as much as it had when I left. While checking back in the clerk kept stopping to help other customers instead of finishing my transaction.

Location was convenient. The whole phone sign-in was tedious and lengthy. Also, since there was no U-Haul employee and the customer is essentially doing U-Haul's job, I figured that would be reflected in the price. The $29.99 price is reasonable. The additional $.99 a mile is ridiculous! Plus it's a real job to decline all the BS extra's !

Too many unlisted fees. Thought I was paying 19.99 a day and taxes for 1 day service. Used it for 2 days and filled the gas back up and ended up costing $200. Never using uhaul again. Miles shouldnt be that expensive, and environmental tax? What the hell is that? Might as well put a seatbelt tax, and using the radio tax on top of that. Ridiculous.

The truck we rented was dangerous to drive. It floated all over the road . We tried to express this to the person behind the counter but she was too busy to be able to pay attention. This truck should be repaired before it is rented again.

The place of business was good and the location was good. A little hard to get out of once hooked up. I'm glad that I'm a capable person since I was handed the paperwork and sent out to hookup myself. There was no help in verifying that everything was attached correctly. I had traveled well over a 100 miles to get to this site. I got to the pickup store about a half hour early and was told that if I hooked up early they would have to charge me extra. To avoid the extra charge I had to wait in in a service station parking lot until it was the exact time I asked for. You might think that there might be a bit of time tolerance.

What a disaster picking up a heavy trailer like that from a gas station! Nobody there to connect the trailer. Nobody to help lift that heavy tongue. And what if we had never done it before and watch someone hook it up? I will never rent from you all again unless it’s a store that has an agent. This is a huge safety issue!

Regular maintenance on the vehicle. There was an obvious serious issue with the drive terrain. I suspect a wheel bearing, which can be dangerous to a driver.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Associate had all the required paperwork at the counter ready to go. The truck and dolly were all set. Truck ran great and got my business done in a timely manner. Very easy return. Appreciate the SMOOTH OPERATION!!

I showed up to rent my uhaul at the agreed on time (5pm), with the agreement that I would have it for 24 hours. Instead, they changed the time so that it was supposed to be returned by 8am the next morning. When I said that wouldn't work, the front desk person got upset, and didn't want to work with me. Finally, they called the area manager, and asked them to find another truck. The only one available at that time was a size smaller, and a different location. Very, very poor experience.

They didn’t know what they were doing. They refunded us for dolleys we didn’t get because they weren’t there, and didn’t take it off of our order. There shouldn’t be this many problems.

Fix the dented bumper on the cargovan. It made it difficult to open the door and close the door. This was a selfrental, but the guy who handed me the key was very nice and the young lady who accepted the key when I was done was very nice, too.

The customer service agent was great. There were old French fries on the floor and the center console drawer was broken, it would not close. This location was very convenient to use.

I recommend the pick up location solely because the woman in charge was a gem and really moved things along as fast as she could. However, the location is a gas station, and it is extremely challenging to pick up a vehicle in the same line as people paying for gas, buying cigarettes, etc.

We’ll likely use it again for its convenience. But it was essentially a gas station/convenience store, and there was nobody available to help us park and disconnect the trailer.

This is a gas station location as well and although helpful, the clerk couldn’t find me in the system. I had been offered a deal as the truck I was using needed to be moved from the Seabeck location to the Silverdale one. On arrival the clerk had me take pictures of the mileage and gas which I did. She couldn’t find me in the system however when I gave her my name. Apparently the reservation was incorrectly entered and listed as a return not one way. I had to again call uhaul though the agent was exceptionally understanding and helpful, thank you Monica! This is the same location my friend used and was turned away from even though the return site and time were listed on his paperwork correctly. The clerk mentioned today she was told by the store owner to turn away uhaul customers as his fence was being repaired after a uhaul caused it damage. Turning away a customer when there was still ample parking and my friend had to return his truck 16 miles and charged an extra day because of this. We both followed the instructions given us however a simple move was made exponentially complicated. This has not been my previous experience with uhaul and I hope it’s isolated with these locations being given more training on how to manage uhaul reservations.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Mobil Kathlin was just SUPER and FANTASTIC! Easy check in - she verified all information, which is always the right thing to do, so no misunderstandings. The truck was clean and READY TO GO! I LIKE THAT! Truck operated with no problems and we got our job done quickly. SUPERB place to rent a U-Haul.

I ordered a utility dolly and it was not put in the UHaul nor was the gas station attendant aware of it. I lost out on the $15 I had put down to rent it. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with UHaul and I will not be renting again. Next time I will go with Budget or other companies.

There was no one to explain to me how to properly hook up my vehicle to the tow dolly. The 26' U-Haul truck had an engine and transmission which operated in a way that I still do not understand. When driving downhill, the truck's engine speed would sometimes get up to 5,000 RPMs!! I am surprised that I made the trip from Silverdale, WA to Meridian, ID without damaging the truck's engine and transmission. The employee at the Mobil station was very respectful, however she had no knowledge whatsoever of how the equipment worked. The truck's gas tank was only half full at the time that I picked it up. Also, the tow dolly's drivers side tail lights did not work. I am very disappointed in the U-Haul company in that they don't train people in how to properly use their equipment.

Cashier available to return the rental was did not know how to operate the computer system and therefore asked me to return 12 hours later to finish the transaction when her boss would be at work again. The transaction was then charge double the rate without my authorization or signature.

Have the truck that was stated in the contract available (and in good working order). Was given a smaller than ordered truck that could barely make it up the hill. Returned and the truck size that had been ordered was not available. Ended up paying for more truck than wanted. Will not be using UHaul in the future.

We were given a truck with an incorrect fuel level. The paperwork stated that the tank was at full when in fact it wasn’t. I took a picture immediately and upon returning to drop off the truck I was told I had to fill the tank or face severe fees fromuhaul. I showed the picture to the attendant and she stated it was a coworkers fault and she could do nothing. Not even call the manager. We were forced to pay for the rental stations mistake and then told we had to deal with it. Now the cost of our truck rental has nearly doubled and we have to try to contact the manager to get our money back. Not at all pleased.

The location is a gas station that also sells food, so if you arrive when it's busy it will take you a while to check out (only one person was working when I dropped off the truck).
