The representative who helped us, Shane, was extremely helpful and professional. But for his involvement, I'd have given one star rating. The van was in poor shape in the cabin. I can see the broken dashboard. The dash doesn't show mileage continually. I figured out that it flashes the mileage once when I start the vehicle. Given U-Haul charges on mileage this is an important factor. It also creates a major problem in determining how much gas to refill. You charge both mileage and we are also required to fill gas - that is double charging. There was a tire service warning and tire air pressure warning on the dashboard. The cabin was smelly. The seat belt was work. The parking brake release looked crooked and might fall out. Once again please note I am very impressed by Shane. Please thank him on my behalf.
