Patricia D.The appliance dolly and moving blankets I ordered were not available but I did not find out until when I arrived to pick up the truck. This threw a wrench into my planned move and I had to race to find alternate equipment elsewhere.
Sterling W.We ordered a dozen furniture pads. They did not have them and our furniture got damaged during the move. As such, we are unlikely to use U-haul again in the future.
