Your app is not very user friendly. You ask to have a code sent and then the app says the code is invalid. This makes the experience frustrating and limits a customers ability to use it for locations that are not manned.

Paige S.Post signs or somehow give instructions how to get into location as the vehicle is behind a locked gate. Also give notice that the users vehicle will not be able to stay at location so someone will have to drop you off.
