My experience at your store was excellent. However, the tow dolly right tail light failed six hours into my 25 hour trip.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIf a reservation made is, it should be honored. I got a call the day before saying the truck I reserved would not be available. The offer was for a smaller truck, which I would have reserved had a smaller size been sufficient. I had to ask if they could have another U-Haul down the street provide one. They called me back and said yes. Moving is stressful enough, this was unnecessary stress.
Teresa RI rated everything is ok, but I called last week to inform you that I am not that person. This is the first time I receive emails addressed to sifuentessroberto, but my email is similar sifuentess.. I also work with customer service and I understand this could be an issue with your email server.
ROBERTO SUpon arrival found out my 10 ft truck was not available. Got "Free" Upgrade on bigger truck I felt uncomfortable driving. Transmission seemed off,and A/C had problems in 98 degree weather.
