A bit odd to have truck stored at different location and have to run back and forth, other than that the ladies were excellent and I appreciated the availability.
Jon SI drove 2 hours to pick up truck that I reserved to find out they had no more trucks. Sent me 2 hours in opposite direction to get a truck which was at Sebring from Kissimmee ..then I had to drive back to Kissimmee to get my stuff...it was a lot of gas I used in my vehicle and in the truck
Carrie BI understand that this is a self service location basically but if you have doubts the least that the employee of the place should have is knowledge instead of I don't know for answer to my two questions. not to mention the poor attitude that clearly shows that doesn't wanted to help when she was siting in a chair doing Absolut nothing.
VICTOR BThe process to rent a U-Haul was exhausting to say the least. I was not made aware of the new location pick up so my husband and I had to run around and contact U-Haul several times to find the location of the Cargo van we reserved. After speaking to customer service a few times, they finally got me to where my U-haul was located and then after getting to location the process of picking up the van was time consuming. We had done all that was necessary, so we thought but the whole process of picking up the van took over 2 hours. And then the process of returning the van as well was time consuming as well. I would definitely not recommend U-Haul to anyone in the near future. I do understand how you all want to cut back but for the elderly, the process is a bit confusing and time consuming. Never again will I rent from U-Haul !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
