I was grossly overcharged and given a truck with significantly less gas than claimed by U-Haul. I then filled the tank for them at the direction of the employee and afterwards she said nothing could be done to offset it. Terrible place, terrible service and most of all untrustworthy.

The van was pretty dirty on the outside; didn't matter a ton to me but when I've rented uhauls in the past they usually clean it before use
RUBY AI had the reservation for 10 am when the location was to open, however the employee did not arrive until 10:20am. I was waiting outside, and had to call customer service to figure out whether there was an issue.
