The front bumper was hanging off the vehicle, the brakes were a little sluggish, and I was charged for fuel when I left the tank with almost a quarter of a tank more than what I started with. I have rented from this place before with great experience but this time makes me not want to use them ever again. When I called the company to complain about the fuel they became defensive and told me I would need to take it up with corporate which I have. Waiting on a response now.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkTruck was not cleaned on the inside, nor did the brakes work properly.. loud screeching sounds and have to push brakes all the way to the floor to stop.. very unsafe.
