Didn't have the size I needed (I needed smaller truck). I went with bigger and that was fine I guess. Not even a few hours after I rented the thing they called seeing when I could return, if I could adjust my schedule, etc. for a family moving. I had to tell them no 5 times. I worked my ass off and got my move done at like 1am so I dropped the Uhaul off at the Uhaul place so I could get my regular car for some things and hopefully use the Uhaul for a few more things. Things didn't work to use the Uhaul again so I came by at like 3:30pm to turn it back to them. (Still a day early Monday you) Yes it was on the lot from 1am -3:30pm. No I didn't end up using it again but I did not appreciate the comments ‘I noticed it was on the lot all day why didn't you return it early”. I paid for the damn thing for a whole day it's going to be available for me if I want to use it or not. “This poor struggling family needs the truck you rented can you just give it back” Screw you. I'm in the process of cleaning out 2 houses and moving. We are ALSO a struggling family. And telling us to switch out to a 20 ft truck when we already have the 15? Offer that to the family not to the customer you already have.

Definitely make sure you know what you're getting into. Please make it upfront that you have to use a card to pay for the uhaul and can't pay cash for it.

The mobile check in process was not as streamlined as it could be. I wasn't aware of the multiple steps of verification, and had only been told that I would need to do was check in and a code would be generated for a lock to get keys. It was a 45min process that included and phone call, and difficulty opening the lock with the code that took too long to generate. The steps I took to set up the account before hand with all my information and credit card should have led to a quicker process.

I spent an hour in parking lot trying to return trailer. I finally changed phones tried again after being on hold w uhaul and they said it would be hour wait time. Then by the time it went thru u double charged me

Try putting a jack on the front of the trailer..... im 6'6 315lbs and it was a pain in the ass to just remove the trailer I can only imagine if my wife ( 5'4 115lbs had to take this off herself, it's a very very very poor design and I will not being using uhaul agian

The guy hutcheson with the last name needs to learn better customer service skills. We got ripped off and they charged our card for more than what the receipt said then we bring it back same day and get it checked in for two days. Then charged me more money than what the next receipt was. It's currently being investigated by customer service right now and we are having to wait to get our money back for what they charged us extra for. BC they can't issue refunds at the location the guy said. We didn't have a good experienceall with them them. 1st time using the searcy beebe Capps location too.

I could not get the app to work for the pickup…at all. The staff was wonderful and jumped in upon request to help me. Jordan specifically was cheerful and professional and was able to answer all of my questions.

I had a very difficult time with checking in and with dropping off. It took me a half hour both times. Instructions were not clear for me. I'm not sure that I would want to check in or drop off in this manner. I do better in person than I do online. I will hope the next time I need to rent a truck that it will be during business hours.

The Cargo van served my purpose. But I really wanted a pickup. I would love to see this location have Pick up trucks available. The Staff is awesome and very helpful in explaining all the dos and don'ts. The young lady could have a better attitude but the gentleman I worked with were very professional.

Reserved to pick up on Friday at Sherwood, they said it was for Saturday. Called call center, they said 3x to verify pickup on Friday that they had one on Baseline Rd. Get there, they show us reserved to pick up Saturday! Had to drive back up to Searcy, finally got a 26ft one, we only needed 20 ft. Wasted 20.00 in gas trying to get a darn truck! Very stressful!!

We ordered a dozen moving pads but realized we only got 5. We were charged $5 for the 5 which I think is the cost for 6. Anyway they said they tried to call us the night before and we got disconnected. However, they should've called and left a voicemail so we were better prepared for moving.

This location was great. The location where we originally booked was awful (Wholesale Homes). We spent an hour driving around looking for the Uhaul and on customer support to find out that they hadn't set up the truck for 24 hour pickup.
