Truck and trailer return was easy. Trying to return unused boxes was very difficult. It was hard for the counter staff to process. Not enough people at the counter. Only one representative working the counter when i arrived and 4 people in line, a second person came out at 6 people in line. The checkout process is lengthy enough to take 10-15 minutes per person when equipment is involved, so a 3 person line is a long line and no where to sit and no clear place to queue (very chaotic). For days like that, a number system would be better -- take a number and have a seat.

Little disappointed when I discovered the trailer was twice the size I actually needed. My original order was for a trailer, but kept getting calls for a truck and trailer combination. I had to change my reservation. Felt they were not very receptive to helping me get the right size for my trip. Very disappointed!!!!

We rented online with the option to pick up before hours with the mobile check in. We were called the morning before to be notified that the mobile check in wasn’t available. When we arrived the next morning to pick up the truck at 9 am, not only did we have to wait 30 minutes to be helped, we were told at check in that we could have done the mobile pick up. We planned our move around being able to pick up at 7 am as requested. When I explained this to the service agent who called to notify the change, the response was okay we’ll text you your confirmation. No consolation was offered as to why we could select the option online but not able to complete in person.

The young man that checked me out was good, Christopher. I have returned a trailer, rented a storage space and now a pick up and have been thoroughly disgusted with the behavior of a middle age gentleman with longer gray hair. He belittled other staff in front of customers all three times. He is short and rude to customers. His desire to be sarcastic all the time is nit appealing. I’m shocked this would be allowed in the backyard of the corporate office. I will be closing and changing storage facilities and will be very vocal through my HOA to avoid this facility as long as this individual is working here. It’s downright painful to interact with him and thus facility. The google reviews are right which obviously aren’t reviewed by management as nothing seems to change.

We waited in the line for at least 15 minutes for the yard guy. He looked at us, several times and completely ignored us. My husband went in and was told they’d be out in a minute. That was another 10 minutes at least.

The rented furniture pads were not clean and the fact that we were to be charged if we did not re-fold them led me to believe that they had not been cleaned in a long time and were simply being reused many, many times with no cleaning whatsoever. The truck was old and struggled to make it up hills (even while empty) resulting in unbelievably low gas mileage which increased the rental cost significantly. The "24 hour" drop off was a joke considering that the website does not allow you to input your drop off location manually when it cannot determine your location for some reason even with location settings on and GPS perfectly dialed in on your phone. Good luck..

Service was the worse ever at a uhaul location. Took well over an hour to get truck. No truck inspection for dents ding etc done. Fuel level lower than documented. Truck needs an alignment bad, brakes squeal and are soft with other safety issues that should be addressed. Attendant was slow and did not feel bad for customers long wait. Last time I or my employees will use uhaul.

This is our 2nd bad experience at this location. The 1st was when a vehicle we reserved for rental was "given away" because we didn't call the morning of (an hour before) our pick up time. However, we called and called and were never able to get a hold of anyone. We then had to find another location to fit our needs mind you this was all needed for a scheduled delivery that set us back not only to our customers but also our personal time line (picking up kids from school....) 2nd experience was just as bad. My boss and I set up online a mobile reserve for a cargo van. I NEVER received anything other than a confirmation of it being processed. So day of reservation I go into the dealership and the manager proceeds to tell me I could have done it all from my phone and that I should have received an email with the steps. I explained that I didn't and that I needed to know how to go about with getting the vehicle. I told him I downloaded the app and he wasn't sure how it worked. Then after looking at the app options he showed me what I needed to do next. Said I would follow the prompts and get the key from the lock box outside. I followed the steps, took a picture, took picture of DL, then had to wait for it to be processed. (More time was ticking), then I receive a call from Angel who tells me she needs to speak with Nancy (my boss), in order for her to approve the vehicle being released to me. I tell her she is not with me as she just had surgery and this had all been set up prior with my name as the driver, my drivers license... I ask for her # so I can have Nancy call her and she said she doesn't have a direct line so I gave Nancy's # to her. Told her to wait 2-3 minutes so I could let Nancy know to answer the call. That was at 9:55, meanwhile I am at a standstill (AGAIN, making us late for a delivery). At 10:07 I call the # Angel called me from (as Nancy still had not received a call from her) and ended up speaking to Angel's Supervisor. I explained the situation and she said she wasn't sure why Angel would call Nancy because she had to be present at the time of rental. So, I had to go to the desk and create my own account. I left there at 10:15 - 45 MINUTES LATER! We will definitely not be returning to this location which is unfortunate because we are less than 5 minutes away but we are willing to drive the distance to a location that knows what their doing. The only good thing about this location and the only personable employee was the young man who checks your vehicle at the end.
