I have no clue if it's the location or the horrible U-Haul app but it took two days for the truck to get checked in after I did self check in and it locked up at finalization. I contacted you all chat for help two days in a row nothing happened. So finally after all the logistics of the move I was ready to go ballistic and it was closed out in the morning with no extra charges but just not a good experience

Jeff SI reserved the U-Haul over 2 weeks ahead of time. A day before I was called that the Seymour location didn’t have the truck size I needed. They moved to Scottsburg which was 30 mins away from my house. I said I needed a 8:00 pick up and they said they would do that but they failed and didn’t set it up that way. The morning of I chatted with a representative that was rude and couldn’t give me a discount and then just ended the chat. They people at the location were nice but couldn’t give me a discount for all the mistakes that had happened. Then we were driving the rental truck and the right passenger mirror was broken and we had to make a temporary fix for a 5 hour trip. I called both the pick up location and the 800 number so hopefully I am not charged for anything.
