Hulett KThis place was amazing!! They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help us. Such a great guy that got us checked in and on our way. I cannot remember his name but he was very good and extremely helpful.
Mark HWas charged an extra $12.36 for going over allowed mileage by 12 miles. It was 8 miles from pickup location to apartment to load. Location of pickup was changed at the last minute. Original pickup location was only 2 blocks from apartment. Drop off location was 6 miles from house where items were unloaded. I was only allowed 47 miles from Bailey cove road in Huntsville to Ruby drive in Scottsboro. I did no go to any additional locations. I feel pickup and drop off locations should be calculated in to lease agreement.
Ronald JStaff was extremely friendly and helpful. Truck was ready to go and function properly. Location was nice and clean.
