We got told it would only be a certain price and nothing else took out. We took it back on the right gas hand and they're saying we didn't plus took more money off my card. That's not right. If your gonna add more fees say it up front and not later. The money I had left was towards my sins birthday tomorrow in 12/7 and they took out so much I can't do that now. So thank you uhaul for taking money off my card without saying.

Everthing was good except this truck has very loose steerin. This truck needs to be replaced.

He didn't have the needed truck but found one nearby, made it very easy. I put N/A for equipment since it didn't come from this location (but it was clean and well-maintained). The only problem is the leg room was so short, it was painful for me due to joint aches from not being able to move. I'm not sure what you could do with this layout of truck, if the seat have height adjustment that may have helped. (I had to stop every 30-40 minutes and put my leg out the door for pain relief.)

This location was fine. The owner very friendly and helpful. But, this was not my original confirmed pickup location. It was unattended, locked up and closed. I had to call u haul to find another truck/location. Frustrating

The office at this location was extremely hot and full of smoke. The owner himself was very nice and helpful after we had been misquoted a price from the Uhaul representative.

You cost structure is NOT clear. I paid more than three times what I expected. I had to have the truck, so I rented it anyway. But, next time I will just borrow a truck from a friend.

I was told I paid a 60.00 deposit when I drop trailer off I would get that back l. So when I dropped trailer off I didn't get the money back because of how they entered it into system I have tried calling this location and no one is there.

The only thing I seen that was incorrect was on my bill. I picked the vehicle up at 4:00 pm and returned it around 9:30am the next day, and it has I picked the vehicle up at 11:30am? other than that it was great

This location was very unprofessional. When we arrived they were all smoking in the tiny office of a very dilapidated building. There was a booth that the lady was eating at. When we were waiting for the gentleman to help us, another lady that he knew jumped in front of the counter trying to rent a truck. He shifted his attention to her and made us wait even longer to pick up our truck. Then when he started to help us, he kept lecturing us on how we should call the local Uhaul dealer instead of booking online. He said that if we book online, the local dealer's commission is cut. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

The service was great but the equipment was not working. Tail lights on the trailer did not work nor did the blinkers. Called u-haul corp. to get an upgrade on trailer and did not get any help.

talk with renting personell and retrain them as to procedures and policies truck was not checked out before I received it.it was not swept out inside.and I had a hard time getting it started the engine cranked over an extremely long time before it started up everytime it was shutoff during the entire rental .and the transmission downshifted real hard everytime the vehicle speed slowed to a stop...in short nonprofessional personell and poorly maintained equipment I will not recommend uhaul to any one this is certain

Place was hard to find. I didnt know the location I had selected on the website changed. Only notification I can tell I received that location changed was a text with location name, which I didnt it was different.
