The location is great. The brakes on the trailer were extremely poor.
Josiah TTrailer left turn signal not operational. Was given opportunity to take as is or they would try to locate me one at another location. I chose second alternative. Other location was only 3 miles or so away so not a real inconvenience.
Michael PWrong trailer number at pickup. System would not let them correct it.
Christopher TI had reserved a truck from "The Box" here locally. They stated their hours of operation were 1:00 -5:00. When unexpectedly my son got off early from work, we tried & tried to contact them to see if we could get it early. We called, left messages, @ even sat out front of their office. We finally went to Gibson's Downtown & they were more than happy to help us. We couldn't get a truck, but they assured us a trailer would work just as well, and it did! I wasn't upset with the Box if they couldn't help us (we didn't see the truck in their yard), but for the fact we couldn't get a hold of them during their advertised hours. When later that day, they did finally call, I expressed my feelings and was told "well, I had errands to run." I told her that her hours say 1-5 pm., she said "I told you I had errands to run." Impatiently. I said I've made other plans & said goodbye. I would not recommend "the Box" to anyone. Now on Gibson's Downtown will be my u-haul dealer in this town.

Thomas WDidn't have the appliance dolly I needed but directed me to another dealer close by that had one. Even called ahead for me. Easy pick up and no problems with the equipment.

Clay BO got the truck on a Sunday . There was no one there , which was fine because I done everything on my phone BUT I ordered furniture pads/blankets , did not have ANY I'm the truck and there was no one there to get them. And they didn't bother to let me know before I picked the truck up.

Tamara BTruck filthy and smell like urine! No windshield wiper fluid. Inside windows filty. Right rear tire low pressure. Heater/AC control knob not working. Inside smelled like garbage dump. Only vehicle available for fifty miles after my vehicle accident. Request compensation from U haul for terrible rental that was not up to UHaul standards. Call me at 402 250 8869 from regional management to discuss this matter. Email is Jackhicks37@outlook.com. Scottsboro dealer ststed that truck was repo and people were living in unit. No excuse for filthy UHaul. I expect at least a half price refund.
Lloyd HBrake Master cylinder was dry and tires were inflated to different pressures: front 45 psi, rear 65. Obvious that the hauler had not been safety checked.

lowell bReally nothing, my experience was friendly, easy process and no problem at all. I will say that your website was very slow when I was making reservations and I had to wait and come back to it but it finally did go thru.

JIM GI wouldn't recommend uHaul to anyone because y'all gave me a quote of $54 that was due at pick up and then turned around and charged me $117 when I picked it up and then $119 when I dropped it back off. I went 62 miles and kept it less than 24 hours!

Kelly lThe location was excellent. U-Haul.com, however, was terrible. When I showed up the website/app wouldn't work. Luckily the owner of the location was there. He was able to cancel my previous appointment and redo my rental.
Kadee RFix the odometer. Had a ton of extra mileage charged, my trip was mapped out and I only drove 54 miles but the odometer racked up 80 miles. Also somehow got charged almost 50 extra dollars for gas after I returned it even though I filled the fuel back to where it was when I first rented it. Definitely will not be renting another U-Haul
Matthew WI ordered an appliance dolly and wasn't notified until the last minute that one was not available. Also, the facility was full of cigarette smoke.
