Chris went above all for all his customers today from what i saw this morning. He was out of rental trucks but tried to accomidate everyone in need. He called other customers who were supposed to have trucks back in to see how long it would be till they were returned. Great job and dont let the customer stress get to you to bad. Theres only so much you can do with limited rentals.

There was nothing to improve however, I'd like to give a big compliment to I believe her name was Jackie last name is something like Childers?? She went out of her way to get me a great deal on a hectic day. She was wonderful to work with and you should be glad to have her as an employee. She was very friendly and a pleasure to work with.

Speed up the process of getting in and out. When a rep starts with a customer, that rep should be with customer start to finish. (That’s basic customer service) Not get tossed from employee to employee.

I assumed the rate for the truck was 19.95 as that was the amount listed right on the door. In fact the day rate was 85.00 per day. This was not discussed with me at the time of the rental. I was told that I had to return the truck with the exact amount of gas as listed on the contract as that was the amount of gas that was currently in the vehicle. When we went out to inspect the truck there was a quarter tank of gas less than what was on the contract. At the time of return, which took a long time, I was asked if I wanted the receipt emailed to me and I said that was fine. When I got the receipt, almost nine days later, the return time listed on the receipt was hours later than I believe and remember the time to be. I was very concerned that I get the van back in time as I was told another customer had booked the same van even though there were at least ten identical vans standing unused in the lot both at the time of pick up and the return. This difference in time was meant that I was charged for an additional day.

You can start by attaching the trailer properly so it doesn’t come off after a mile or so. And maybe also not double charge your customers? You really messed up this time.

I employee who explained the insurance to take out was not clear what it covered. The movers did some damage to inside condo when moving things out. The way it was explained I felt it was covered. Very misleading. Should get the 14 dollars I paided for.

Make sure you get here early for your reservation. I arrived 15 minutes early, ended up leaving 45 minutes late due to understaffing and not having the truck prepared for the next customer.

It was not the local offices that was the problem. I had so many problems with this order it was very frustrating. I booked an RV then decided to switch to a truck at a different location. they said it was changed and I was all set. But they didn't tell me that this was not a for sure book at the location. I got an email then telling me it would be 45 minutes out of my way but I could do it all on line and we would be set. so I did that paid and got a confirmation but that was not really a for sure thing either and again even after paying I had no truck when and where I needed it. So look for one in my hometown and they would pick up mileage. But couldn't pick up at the time we needed it to get to our location. So now back to the RV with our car. All set but now it cost more then when I originally booked and they cant credit me for the truck until that day. All in all if you book a truck at a location for a time you should be set and not find out a month later you are not!

As soon as we came in, we told the guy at the desk the kind of SUV we drive and asked if we could rent a trailer with a Ford Explorer. He said yes and wasted 20 minutes of our time looking at trailers and taking info only to decide we could not rent a trailer with an Explorer. We had to start the process all over again to rent a cargo van. Your employees need to know their business better.
