I went to the storage place and found that I couldn't get access. I went back to the pickup location and asked them if I can return the truck and cancel. They refused. I had to keep the truck with me until it was time to return it. I called uhaul and they said it was the store that I should talk to. I used uhaul so many times. We were charged for insurance although we hadn't selected that option. Besides, we paid for a dolly that wasn't given to us. So we have been charged in excess. When the same was brought to the notice of the outlet, they said we needed to take it up with U-Haul.Venkatesh S.
on march 25, I had made a reservation for a 15' truck and a furniture dolly to be picked up on april 16 at 10 am. when I arrived I was told they did not have the truck and it would not be available until the afternoon. I was given the option to that the 10' truck instead. As a result we had to make 2 trips and i did not receive the furniture dollyMiranda M.

I ordered a dolly to be in the truck because I had a lot of boxes to move up basement stairs. THE DOLLY WAS NOT IN THE TRUCK. I called the location and was told I could come and pick it up but those kilometres would be added to my total. While the clerk gave me a refund of the $7 rental for a the dolly, the lack of the dolly made my move extremely difficult and I will not use Uhaul again.Karyn C.
The mobile check in is a little slow. You should allow part of it to be done in advance instead of when someone gets to the location. For example taking a photo of driver and drivers license.Vatche T.

Please get your online system fixed. It is not working properly. My storage unit also charged me a late fee because my cc info was wiped from your system.
