Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe agent just stood there and said "I can't understand why they rent these car haulers to people who have no license to pull them". I was a whole day early returning my equipment. I told her it was a whole day early, I asked if she needed the mileage, or the amount of fuel in the truck, she said no. She said she would log it in. To my surprise when I logged into my account the next day they still charged me for the 4th day. I only used it 3 days instead of 4, and had it back 24 hours prior to the 4th day. I was not over the mileage, I had it fueled over what it was when I rented it. This upsets me to know you cannot trust people. Don't trust this location. Make sure you go online and do it all yourself, don't trust them to do it for you, they won't.

Brent MNo one was there to give me the keys to the truck. Uhaul customer service tried to help and give me the code to the lockbox but it wasn't the right code. Employees turned up 30 minutes later, with bags of fast food, no apologies, then sent me on my way with a van that had a flat tire. I returned the van as soon as I could after my meeting (which they made me late for) They still tried to charge me even though I couldn't use the van for what I needed (a 200 mile drive) and drove a total of 6 miles (to my house & back) 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.
