The General Manager was obnoxious, rude and certainly less than customer friendly. She does not belong in a management position with the lack of skills she has.

Very happy with new management at abercorn!
Long waits, blankets weren't in the back of the truck like we were told, had to go all the way back to get them, then we were only given half as many as we'd ordered, but we didn't realize it until it was too late to go back again. Also the passenger seat was stuck in the reclined position.

The guy in front of me was being a complete ass to the point I was waiting for all 3 of the busy employees to get upset, but they all held their composure to my surprise, because I would have lost my shit on that guy. I was charged for two pieces of equipment. I did a mobile pickup, and never got them, but they still charged me for them. The truck was dirty and incredibly overpriced for a couple of hours and a few miles driven. Will be using another service next move.
Everything was beyond my expectations
I received the truck with 3/4 of a tank and returned with even more fuel as pictured on my final email but still charged for fuel..the driver side door did not close easily, and the staff at both locations did not seem to care
I really don't like people using their phones to take pictures of my ID. This has happened at every rental recently so it's obviously part of your system, please change it.
The truck I was given lost the AC while I was at the Service Center. They tried to fix it but couldn't. I had to drive 5 1/2 hours with no AC. Not a good experience at all.
Make sure truck is in good order and show how to use. Since I lost a full day I should get some kind of compensation since truck leaked.
