Erika MWhen I say it isn’t clean and inviting it is because I never actually made it into the office. We ended up doing the online checkout questionnaire/photo thing and key drop because no one came to the door. The other piece of why I rated it that way was that we had to figure out on our own where to park the return truck… and even had to sort out where the return office was even located. Maybe better signage? Maybe if you know a truck is coming in at 12:30 for a return have someone actually in the office? Also the phone number provided never actually rings through to a person. We needed to extend our truck by a few hours and it was not simple to get a hold of anybody. Eventually we found a way to leave a message and get a call back, but that might be something that needs to be simplified for the customers sake.
