The lot was so crowded with trailers and trucks that there was barely room for my 6'x12' trailer. I was forced to back it into an extremely tight spot with almost no room to maneuver, and it was barely possible, even though I am very experienced at backing up trailers. The employee at the lot was very unhelpful. He didn't offer to use a dolly to move the trailer into the spot. He did unhook it once I backed it in. When I asked him "Do I get a receipt" he said it would be texted to me and walked away. He did not check the trailer in or say anything about self check-in. I had to call the U-Haul toll-free customer service number and complain to get him to check it in. He gave me the impression that he really didn't have time to deal with me.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI hate to have to take the time to even mention anything, but this location is terrible with service. the trucks are ALWAYS dirty, and today, when we picked up, we told the guy it was dirty and he said "I don't even care", and that was that. Another time we arrived to pickup and he was waiting in his truck for 10-15 minutes while we stood there waiting. Our typical rental location which is the main U-Haul hub in Santa Rosa is under construction or something and sadly, Kings Tires is NOT ready for the additional business that has been sent their way
Amanda VVery efficient and great customer service.
Yhanna VSo far so good with everything
Kevueli MThe inside of the office was clean and the staff was wonderful! But the location is crammed with trucks and trailers and I could barely find a place to park the truck to turn it in! Way too crowded! Won't use this location in the future.
