I wish I'd remembered to ask his name. The young man who works at the front desk has helped me before. I've rented from this location a few times now. He really does a fine job and is to be commended. Always kind and professional. Look forward to using this UHaul location for future needs and recommending it to friends.

Very was good
NORA AGreat customer service, very friendly, met my needs of having a clean truck. Would highly recommend this haul location.
Teresa TPlace was closed on a Sunday while internet reads open from 9am-5pm, handcar and passings were not in the truck, customer service claimed they notified me, which was not true, I requested the email on which notification was sent and the reply was:” we do not notify customer” I wasted my time out of my busy schedule on 07/02/23. I scheduled held, JR and sons, and never received confirmation or call… Horrible experience!!
Elba RVehicle was given to me dirty throughout cabin (trash, food crumbs). Blood all over driver seat.
