I set everything up online, checked in on the app. 12:30 rental. I got there, and no key in the lockbox. Told to go into the office. No one in the office and a sign that says "will return at 1:30." Meanwhile, time ticking. Then, the person comes back, hands me the key, and...no blankets and no furniture dollies (which were ordered online.) Told, "we don't have them here." So why can reserve them online...this entire shit show took 90 minutes. That's how my experience was.John S.

I was not aware of the new after hours drop off process. I would suggest explaining to customer there are steps to take before you leave the vehicle. I was under the impression that you drop off the key and you're all set. Later when I read my email it said to share location, take photos, or there's a $20 charge for employee to check it in the next day.Julia O.

The west cost employee did not help me at all. And she was very rude to me. And she try to rent me the truck work no insurance before I brought it up to her and ask her I need an insurance before I rent the van. She was not helping me in other issue at all.Chaouki A.
I was a victim of fraud and customer service has not followed up after I put in a complaint. I understand it was a holiday, but their response was not what they said they would do instead sending out a copy of my initial contract as if to say they don't wish to believe me. Not nice.Dale B.
When returning the truck it requested I turn on location services on my phone and while I did that your website wouldn't accept it. Other than that super easy scheduling a rental and picking it up! Thank you.Rebecca B.
Fix the app. It doesn't work. We couldn't use it to check in and it said there was a server error when we tried to return the truck, after entering all of the information. It is crap. Stop marketing it or fix it.Anna C.
My only complaint is every time I rent a Uhaul (Any location) the vehicle comes absolutely filthy dirty, and empty of gas. This time was no exception, the windows & mirrors were so filthy I could not see, & the gas light was on, because it was so low on fuel. I had to immediatly get gas & clean windows & mirrors before going anywhere. The inside was dirty as well. All that said, the service was great!Jason K.

Truck I rented had fuel gauge at empty. In all the years I have rented vehicles this is the first time I was given a vehicle with the gauge on empty. I immediately informed the rental clerk of the situation. When returning the vehicle I was given a credit for the fuel I put in (had a copy of the receipt). Location fine, empty gas gauge not fine.John F.
