They charged me for 70 miles used when I only drove 5 miles in total!! I specifically picked this place because it was close to wear my stuff was and then specifically chose a storage unit that was even closer. Now they are saying that I took toll roads on 3/02/2026 but I didn't take any tolls and didn't even rent the van that day. My rental was on 2/27/2026. They are screwing me over!

Brooke BI recently rented a truck from U-Haul and, overall, the process was straightforward. Despite the location being a bit less than ideal, booking the truck online and uploading my information in advance made the pickup easy. However, I encountered an issue with the link provided to document the truck's condition. The link was glitchy and only allowed me to submit photos of the back of the truck automatically. Fortunately, I took my own photos and videos on my phone, but I was unable to document the existing damage through the link before moving. I recommend addressing this glitch to improve the experience for future users. Thank you for considering my feedback.
Ahkeem MGive them a clean truck. Not one with wrappers and sand on floor. Have a tank full of gas, not1/4 tank. Have a customer service rep that is somewhat knowledgeable and maybe helpful for customer.
John SThe van was dirty I received no paperwork and she was rude. Made me give 100 cash deposit and refused to return my money when I returned the van.
