The van was disgustingly dirty. We had to waste time of our rental to get it cleaned to move our belongings. It smelled awful as well.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulAnnex merchant was not familiar with the contract and checkout process, and did not honor my rate of $187 for 2 days. She charged $354 and said it would just be on hold then change to $187 later. It did not. I called UHaul and Tate saw the mistake and is in contact with the San Ramon location to reimburse me the $131 difference. I haven't seen it yet on my Cc.
TROY GThe store person was completely dismissive and did not want to offer any assistance. I would only choose this return location because it’s within walking distance from my home. I had to call the 1-800 number to get helpful assistance.

CONNOR DThe lady at the front desk was extremely unhelpful, no instructions but an “order online” once I figured it out, and got past her rudeness every step of the way I got the keys. I returned the truck and went over the estimated mileage and it was like she was mad at me and reprimanded me for going over. Bizarre. I asked what the total price was going to be now that I’m returning the truck and she couldn’t give it to me, then I asked for a receipt and it took 20 min, she was playing games on her personal phone while I waited for a receipt… horrible. Totally unprofessional
