Employees on time. Not have a reservation cancelled the day before even though I pre paid. Not charging the customer $100 more dollars what was prepaid. After this experience I will not only share poor opinions with my friends and family about Uhaul, I will never use Uhaul again.

Tow dolly had electrical issues (right blinker not working) gave to us anyways, another uhaul had to fix it and we couldn't make our lease signing in time.

Nice folks at this location. Good attention to customers. Online check in worked well. The lights were not connecting on the trailer and I figured out the connector on my truck needed to be cleaned because of oxidation. I keep a small wire brush in the tool bag and was able to remedy the situation quickly. All lights worked on the trailer once this was done. Might train the trailer hook up staff to check for clean connectors. They kept saying it was probably a fuse which didn't make sense since all my truck lights were working. Some electrical contact spray and a SS brush would be good for them to keep on hand. Trailer pulled without an issue and worked out great for moving furniture on a day without weather concerns. .

The truck was littered with damage all over the truck. It did operate as needed but physical damage was marked with stickers everywhere. You have to ask yourself, are the just collecting for damage and never do repairs

The location is okay. Often a lot of waiting. Not this time, but you never know, so you have to allow extra time. The van had small dings and scratches in it and there was a light on indicating some problem with the tires. But my main complaint is with Uhaul's corporate office who seem to have a problem generating the correct invoices for our organization. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And corporate office don't seem to communicate with the branches at all. Lift your game, Uhaul.

Extremely simple drop off. The Service Person just unhooked the trailer and said that's it. I didn't sign anything. That was a bit different. Thanks for the use of the trailer.

Truck was clean and in good condition, i waited more than ten minutes for help checking in and no one was at the counter. Then when someone came to help, the man was quite rude. Was quite disappointed with the service.

I wanted to pay for my trailer rental with my credit card and even swiped it, but some how it still went through on my debit card. This was very problematic since I was traveling and taking cash out of my bank account caused problems. I didn't notice the debit card number on the rental agreement so was surprised when I didn't have the funds in my checking account.

Both young men working that afternoon were very helpful, personable, & exhibited great customer service. We were stressed because prior reservations with another company had not been honored. They got us out the door with our rental quickly & efficiently.

Make sure you get the pickup time and drop off location correct as well as fully explaining what the insurance covers. Also make sure when you say that someone will call to confirm that they call to confirm. I plan on disputing my charge.

Your sales assoc, Javier, completed our transaction while stuffing his mouth with potato chips, slurping cola, using his greasy fingers to handle the paperwork. The yard assoc. attached the trailer to our truck by selecting one with a different equipment #. Over 24 hours and hundreds of miles later, the store manager, Hector, calls us and says the trailer equipment # we rented was still sitting in their lot and told me we need to give him the trailer # we are actually towing or he will have to report it stolen. WHAT?! We pull into a gas station and immediately call back with the equipment # we are towing and get a "call center" and never actually got to speak with Hector again. Repeated calls and attempts were made to get this resolved and our calls were ignored by Hector. We had no idea if we were going to be pulled over and arrested for having "stolen" equipment, even though we weren't the ones that attached the wrong trailer to our truck in the first place. Days later, when I spoke to a woman named Diedre at the call center, she rudely told me that we didn't get pulled over, so there's nothing they will do about it. She literally argued with me and was very snappy. She said she would have a manager call us back, which she said would be Hector. Hector? Why would we want to talk to Hector when he threatened us with calling the police? Your employees need better training in all areas. We felt very uncomfortable and threatened by what happened. And if we can help it, we will never rent from U-Haul ever again.

We live across the street from the U-Haul on Curtner. It would’ve been so much more convenient for us seniors to be able to drop the trailer off at the other location. Very disappointed we were not able to do that. We were not given any return instructions for after our return either.

I am in customer service so I am friendly by nature. I was disappointed with the interaction I had with the associate at the time of pick up. He was almost robotic. Made me feel that I wasn't a valued customer. A simple smile owuld have been nice. Moving homes is hectic and emotional, as a consumer we want to be able to have a pleasant experience with anything involved in it.
