The young lady nicole was very generous and knowledgeable but the space#40 , was a little damp and we thought that there was black mold on concrete,and some cob webs ,the space is in bad shape but i accepted it and will be out by may 1,2020,you need to take better care of units,it was very unrepresentable......

Good experience overall. There was a little bit of a line when I arrived to pick-up the trailer but the staff responded quickly and got me going quickly. Returning the trailer was a breeze and the staff was helpful in hooking up and detaching the trailer. I will definitely come here again.

The gas reading was incorrect. The trucks windshield was not clean and had 140,000 miles on it and seemed to get about 5miles to the gallon, i think due to age of engine. I use u haul a lot and will continue but hope things get better. there also was an extra 8 inch tow bar sticking out and I hit my leg and cut it quite badly. It was to tow ball and then 4 in in more straight metal sharp bar.

Two policies made my experience below average. 1) I reserved a pickup at one facility (booked my flight and hotel to make it a simple pickup) but my eventual pickup location was in a different city. I was told they wouldn’t deliver to my original location. I had to rearrange my plans at the very last minute. Very disappointing. 2) providing me with 5/16 of a tank of gas made it so I needed to go to the gas station three times on my trip instead of just once (having never driven a 26’ truck, this was a challenge). Not all gas stations can accommodate an easy in/easy out with a vehicle that large. And trying to guess the amount of gas needed to get it to 5/16 was a challenge too. I was off by a couple of gallons and had to top off to 5/16 just before dropping off the vehicle. Three challenging trips to the gas station instead of one easy fill up. I recommend you provide full tanks. I will definitely be trying a different rental facility next time I need a truck.

Reservations were made for the Santa Clara location with 7:30 pickup. Receive text message at 7:15 and email at 7:55 regarding the location change. Would have been better if I had been notified earlier. I had to get off the freeway to read the text and change the gps. I also realize that it could be outside of uhauls control to notify me sooner.

I had a terrible experience with the 24/7 app. The location I first booked for pickup did not have a truck available, so the pickup was moved to the next closes location. However the drop-off location was not updated in the app. Even after I called to confirm it would be updated, and received a message confirming it was. I was not able to return my truck through the app when I arrived back at the location at night. This was very frustrating and needs to be fixed.

the truck that I rent left me with a very bad experience, the consumption of gasoline is horrible expense too much ... the distance I traveled was approximately 20 miles and the truck almost 40 miles traveled I had a very bad experience with this rent and paid others ... Pull they rent me the truck whit empty fuel tank so the first thing to do is get gas !! That is not good
