Ask before charging cc and learn how to refund credit card so that customer dosent have to take the penalty for card being used by bank when they mentioned it when they took the resevation that they would be paying with cash. Not good customer satisfaction. I understand they want you in and out without using any personable relations with the customers because they have little knowledge for anything different (personable) that may differ from one customer from the next customer. Because they treat you like a robot without any. Common sense that each customer is very different and although we would love to all be the first time fast service customer most are not and so i wish your 1800 number offered the 100 cash deposit at the curtner location because they told me i was wrong that they dont do that even though the lady on the phone said they do . so they are not communicating with each other giving very different answers.so who was wrong i have no clue but they really should not have 2 different answers for the same question

I had a great experience with fast service and a clean truck at a reasonable price. Then the SHOCK of the mileage fee for only 17 miles of usage!!! The other downer was the gas was marked at 1/4 tank, but it was really 1/8th. I went 5 miles and it was on "E". I had to put in $25.00 in gas to get it to 1/4 tank or get charged a large fee. I will look for a different truck rental service the next time that doesn't have large mileage fees.

UHaul Curtner is my go to location because of equipment yard allowing for increased availability selection for short notice request. It be great if UHaul started something like quarter share ownership for equipment. This would be separated from rental fleet. It is a highend practice in corporate aircraft and boats.

I was contacted to turn in vehicle by 7am 8/19/17 when I ran over my initial time to drop off due to my move running over at 5:30 pm 8/18/17. I was charged two days for my move when I did not have the vehicle 2 days. I dropped the vehicle off at 3 am 8/19/17 before 7 am when Dave from U-haul had called and asked when I would be back to turn it in by 7am on 8/19/17. I was pressured , overcharged , and had an overall bad experience with this location. Do not believe the ratings on Google. This is what I based my decision to use this location. I would like to speak to the regional director or manager about this situation. I had to go back up to the location again, 3rd time , after drop off to ask for my money back. the late checkin (through website) sucks! i know it has nothing to do with location. plz forward my comments to webmasters. site is not optimized for mobile, crashes, takes too long to load, has too many steps, requires too many photographs. easier to drop the key in the box, and pray the uhal location reports the mileage and gas level honestly!

It would have been nice to have started with more gas. Also the van smelled pretty bad, but guess that's expected if people are using it fur moving. Overall great experience though. This is the second time I've used this location and both times of been great and easy.

The location is great. The problem is dealing with the 800 number and scheduling staff. They rebooked me twice in one day to locations I didn't want. Scheduling said they didn't have my trailer at that location. I hung up and called the location directly and they did have one. Was now rebooked back to my original location.

The self check in option was a good one. It takes a bit longer than expected to get through so many screens, but it saved getting in line - which is always a good thing. Thanks for this new service.

I had a reservation and showed up and the reserved items were not there and ready for pick up. No phone call prior to pick up day. This was a hugh inconvenience. I reserved a truck and trailer. I needed a 20 or 26 ft truck but you didn't have it available so I had to go with a 15 ft truck. I also reserved a 6x12 ft cargo trailer which was not there for pickup after being reserved. Now I have to rent another truck and trailer. I can't say how disappointed and upset about this situation.

I was unaware of a milage cap and was charged for going 9 miles over. The truck leaked and some of my stuff got wet. You might be hearing from me for damaged property. After this I am not sure I will be using uhaul again.

Your staff needs to stress that the truck or carrier that I reserved 2 weeks in advance may have to be picked up at a different location. That's very inconvenient for someone like me doing all of this solo. I had to change my plans to move Saturday to Friday because Curtner staff started stressing I may NOT get what I ordered for a Saturday pick up. Also I don't know anything about car dollys and the staff didn't want to help me. That's bullshit.

Our experience with the Curtner location was extremely disappointing. We left our keys in the truck on Sunday August 6th. Called first thing Monday morning August 7th. We were told the keys were found. The employee was able to describe the keys by a 49er key ring/bottle opener. When I arrived to pick up the keys the key chain was not on the keys. I was at U-Haul for an hour. I was given Hector Huarachas name as the General Manager to speak to him regarding the incident. I have called everyday since Monday. Hector has been unavailable every day since Monday. TODAY, I'm told Hector in now on vacation until Monday. I don't appreciate being lied to. I don't appreciate employees taking possessions that do NOT belong to them. If I don't receive a response within 24 hours. I will be calling "7 On your side" to investigate the incident that occurred. I am very disappointed with U-Haul.
