This is the only U-Haul location that I rent from --regardless of where in the south bay area I may be at that time. *The equipment is always clean. *The service upon arrival & return is always prompt, polite, and professional. *It has a wide selection of equipment. This is the best U-Haul location in the San Jose/South Bay Area. The fact that you are reading this should give you some idea of how happy I am with the service here, because I hate writing reviews.

as a regular customer my location was changed due to not having the van at the location I requested which is fine, but what really upset me as regular customer whn I went to the other location I ask to use the restroom and the guy told me he didn't have restrooms at that location which we all know is not true . there is a lwa about that and your people should know the law specially if I am a ciustomer not someone from the street to use your restroom

When I was picking up the trailer, the power went out for a few seconds 4 separate times causing the computers to crash and have to reboot. It was not only annoying but time consuming. An uninterruptible power supply would be a be any easy fix.

It was not clear in communication that the pick up location switched. I went to one branch and learned there that my truck was actually a 10 min drive away. That added time and inconvenience.

Lower your milage charge. $1.59/mile is pretty steep for loval rental.

this location was great. the initial location I had reserved my trailer at though was horrible. The manager never showed up after I waited over an hour. Then my rental had to be changed to the Tully rd location and I had to wait another hour. Overall I very dissatisfied with hauls customer support. I was not compensated or refunded for my troubles. I had to pay extra fees for not being out of my apartment in time. and I was late to my destination and had to beg my hotel to let me stay the night even though I was way past check in time.

Trailer was dirty. I had reserved two furniture dollies and none were available. The website said that the trailer came with tie down straps and none were provided. Overall it was a very poor experience.

Went to location because manager did not show up at location where I had a reservation, when got there they told me I could not get a trailer because they had two trailers and three reservations. A guy stepped in and called two reservations that were no shows, if he didn’t act it would have been no trailer and screwed up my plans for sure. So good on initiative after being pushed but, reservationists should not have made a replacement reservation if all equipment was committed.

I used the phone app and it was easy and a huge time-saver. There were at least 10 people in line, and I skipped them all, and asked for my keys and was gone.

After having a horrible experience at the Curtner location!!! This was our only option!! And they made the process of renting a uhaul fast and easy, the previous experience we had at Curtner was a nightmare I thought we would have the same experience at this loacation!! But thank god they actually made the process easy for us.

Provide the rental when I made the reservation time for not at the end of the day. Provide the rental where it was scheduled to be picked up not across town.

one of the staff (when I returned the truck) was not attentive nor helpful. He had me wait for 15 minutes for someone else to come by and answer a simple question. A "careless attitude" problem.
