I did an approximate of the mileage usage. But I drove way less than I expected. I still got charged for all those miles. Will I get a refund?

The owner of this establishment doesn’t even know how to get to uhauls website to check you in when you show up. We have to take his iPad and do the entire process out selves. He then handed us two keys and told us to drive around until we found one of the trucks. We finally found one parked a few blocks away and had to return to give him the key to the second truck. When we returned the truck it took us an hour to find legal parking because it’s located in a residential area with no parking.
RAGHDA KForced me to get insurance even though website I declined. App wouldn’t work. Neighborhood was unsafe. Horrible experience

jose mThe company could have provided instructions on how to obtain rental truck the night before instead of the day of reservation. The app did not work when I tried to rent the truck and I wasted an hour trying to speak to somebody on the phone.
