Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulCan't really say, they were closed when I got there in the middle of the day.
Vicki Mit was self-pick up the location was great but the key business that's there the lady is very rude I went in to ask about the pickup of my uhal and she wasn't every helpful at all. but I called customer service and they were excellent and helped me get the code to retrieve my key.
Veronica ABe sure to ask that truck windows are cleaned. And to move truck to face foward for an easier exit.
Ardena BWe are not trucks renters very often. So when we got to the facility we were not greeted. She seemed off and her skills were not at the top of her gain. When returning the truck to my the same person with the same attitude. I was told to just leave the keys on the counter. When I inquired about doing this and getting a receipt, I was given the impression that she was really put out by this request and took her time in dealing with this. Her words were or something to the effect of yeah if you don’t mind waiting I guess I can take care of it.
