Online check-in was clunky. Some steps could have been completed in advance (like calling the secondary contact). Once I completed the online check-in and received the "code" - I accessed the box but it was empty. I called customer service, they told me that I would have to wait an hour for the location to open, or go to another location and completely restart a new reservation. Neither the location nor the customer service person on the phone offered any apology or compensation. It was basically "go somewhere else or just wait." Keep in mind, this was all due to the fact that the location did not place the key in the box... they still had it in the office. I had to bring up the "$50 credit that was shown online" for cases like this. Once I finally got the key, I had asked if I would be charged an additional fee if the truck was not returned at the estimated time. She said there would be no charge, and if I returned it after the office was closed I would simply drop the key in a nearby lock box. I received a call from the office later that day (about 30 minutes after my estimated return time) and they were telling me that I had to return the truck because it was "late" and another person was waiting to access it (let's not forget that I didn't get the keys until 75 minutes AFTER I was initially supposed to because of the office's mistake earlier). I have cancelled a subsequent reservation with U-Haul.

Change the oil in your trucks before the light tells you to... Also clean out your key box it's covered with spider webs and had black widows inside Also mange your traffic and parking lot better, difficult for novice drivers to pull out safely with all of the inbound traffic
Automated system was very complex. Keys were not in box. No person available to assist.
The people were great. The uhaul check in process was terrible. It took an hour to check in with all the online steps and the support call dropped and the online system froze. Everyone who helped me was courteous and calm in these troubled times. The system and process were not good. I would recommending making it easier for people to find the reservations they've already made, make the system quicker and easier to use, and fewer steps. Also make it clear to people that they need to check in online and it may take a long time.
Start with a full fuel tank and require returned with a full tank or be charged a fueling fee.
Front staff a little cold; when picking up uHaul I asked if I could leave my car in the parking lot area for a couple hours so I could drop off the truck and come back and I was told no because the parking lot was for customers only. I reminded her I too was a customer and was still denied because she said the parking lot gets full easily (or something to that effect). I let it go and parked my car outside the facility - the area is sketchy and I really did not feel.comfortable. But I was most turned off by being told I was not a customer even though I spent almost $200 to rent a truck for a week. I will not use your services in the future. There is a competitor close by and maybe they will consider me a customer. Btw when I returned 2 hours later to pick up my car there were no cars in your secured parking lot.
The customer service was excellent. They answered all of my questions and they made the rental experience smooth and fast.
The mobile pickup app takes longer to use than just going to the counter.
I was sent to a different location the day of the pickup (further, more of an expense to me) without really being aware, so I had to call to confirm. If you have a moving truck in the area, it would have been appreciate to move the truck for me to the closer location since there was enough time to have done so. Not 100% accurate on fuel gauge.
I realized too late that this location did not really have a good selection. The vehicle served its purpose, but was somewhat dusty and dirty in the interior and the windows had to be cleaned to see out of them. The personnel was polite and efficient. The cargo department was clean and mechanically it ran ok .
The mirrors on the 10ft truck were not adjustable which made driving difficult. I had to contact the corporate office for assistance who stated that the mirrors had to be pushed firmly but they still did not adjust.
Both of the representatives that helped me extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
Two female employees who helped us were very friendly. Easy to find location. Cargo van was clean and new.
The mobile pickup is unwieldy, complicated, and takes a long time. It was much simpler, easier, and faster to do a walk-in rental at the location.
The location is next to IHOP on an adjacent street. They open at 9am. Easy not to find it.

Truck was completely horrendously dirty, the truck would slip in and out of gears on hills, customer service was very rude and very vague when dealing with them and the teller at the store refused to accept cash due to uhaul policy then proceeded to tell us we could go to our bank and put cash on our credit card and not be charged the miles then turns around and charges us another 25 fuck you uhaul your service is shit
Was over charged. Called to take care of was hung up on and not called back. Then tried to call back twice with no luck in getting help Or resolving the problem. Not happy.
Mileage didn't match what the contract had. They overcharged me by 40 dollars. Never going to the location ever again. Horrible customer service.
Staff member who checked me in was not very helpful explaining things. I had selected a protection plan online when I made the reservation, and she never explained she was trying to confirm I still wanted it. I thought she was trying to sell me something else.
Keep the windshield clean so that the customer don't have to clean it. I also had to clean the back of the truck before loading my furniture in it.other then that I had a great experience with uhaul.Thanks.
They refused to refund for unused boxes. Service is very average.
Quick and simple process picking up the van. Cashier did forget to give me the blankets I rented, even after checking to make sure they were in stock. Turns out I didn't need them, so it wasn't a big deal. They would've been useful as padding, though. Received a full refund since I didn't get them. Overall, great experience. Brand new vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas, which made things a little easier.
