Customer service from the store employees was very poor. They took care of all other customers before renting the Uhaul to me, even though we were there first. They also stopped in the middle of processing my order to help other customers. The same thing happened during return of the Uhaul.

I was told that the gas tank was full to 1/8th. The tank was not even one half full. This was a severe safety issue. I reserved the truck at a location by my house. When I got there they did not have a truck and I had to go to another location. This cost me about 2 hours of time and money because I was paying two men to move me. Bad experience.

When I presented the credit card I used for payment the clerk insisted it was the wrong card because my card did not have the expiration date as the one listed in the system. None of my cards have the expiration date of the one he claimed was on my payment confirmation. The last four digits of the card listed on the receipt matched my card, which I pointed out to him. He said "Yeah, but the expiration date dosn't match", to which he could not find where on the receipt the expiration was listed. When I told him I would not have been able to receive a confirmation with an incorrect expiration date he dropped the issue. It was apparent he was confused and not looking at the correct fields in the system. I had ordered the additional insurance, and when we finished the transaction he gave us the key and receipt, but no confirmation of insurance. I went back to inquire, and he insisted he had given it to us. I showed him all he had given us, so he checked his area and found that he had absent mindedly balled up our proof of insurance and had thrown it in the trash. This leads me to be hyper vigilant to check against erroneous charges. The clerk was distracted and confused and needs additional training.

UHaul should make a better price estimate when checking-in and give a higher estimate rather than lower to not trick people into choosing Uhaul. There were some costs that were not included in the estimate but I was charged with at the end of my rental which was VERY misleading.

Although the location was in a sketchy part of town, the equipment was well maintained and the person who issued it to me was very helpful and friendly. It is in a liquor store but don't let that deter you as it almost did me. I read the reviews and started searching for other locations but I'm not upset at all that I ended up here!

My pickup reservation was at 8AM. The store was supposed to open at 8AM. I had hired movers starting at 8AM on the assumption that that was when I would pick up the truck. The store clerk shows up at 830AM and casually jokes that he slept in. When I informed him that I expected to pick up the truck at 8AM, he blamed ME and said that I shouldn't have made the reservation for that time. Because of his lateness, I had to rush to make my schedule and I also lost over $50 because I had to pay the movers overtime (since I couldn't use them at all during that first half hour). The regional manager that I spoke to on the phone was nice and understanding, but because of the Minit Store Clerk, I will not be using Uhaul again.

They make me wait with new employee while he can help out with his liquor customer and the girl take forever because she have no idea what does she do. That new employee make me walk back to the car for the mile and gas picture...... Beside that is her job.......

There were drunk, homeless people inside wanting to buy liquor. i was very uncomfortable. Overall this was my first experience with U-Hal and it will absolutely, without a doubt be my last. Horrible customer service, unknowledgeable people that can't get their stories straight, it was just awful.

The Uhual app was not good. I got stuck on the ID verification step and wasted 15 minutes in the parking lot waiting for it to complete, which is never did. The owner of the mart was fantastic and turned the experience around. I would not recommend the app to people for this reason.

I like this guy and the truck! tho the moving service is terrible as it always be. ENOUGH PLACE to park your car. just simply park your car and talk to the guy in store, they'll give you a truck simple and easy. BTW, the store closes at MIDNIGHT, not typically 7 PM.

We passed this location because the map showed it was a liquor store. We did a U-turn and headed back to the address and it showed a U-haul sign in the window. It's a very small pick up area. The gentleman who helped us was GREAT. Very friendly and informative on truck instructions.



This location was scary. It is part of a liquor store and there where transient people hanging out by the trucks. The trucks for that matter are parked in an alley. Scary when picking up after hours at night. The truck itself was gross. Dirty cabin area. I could hardly see out the front window and it smelled like garbage. Very disappointed! I expect better from U-Haul.

Our pick up location was change without informing us in advance and our drop off again was change causing a crunch on our time frame. The air condition was broken and instead of cool air we experienced engine fumes. Both my husband and son have asthma and had difficulty breathing; I have had good experience in the past with your company but, this time around was a disaster. Could you make this right for me and my family.

The truck was dirty with some damage not recorded . I took pictures of it. When I return it I used the mobile app One of the questions was ask if the truck was clean for the next renter I answered no. After it totaled the charges it added cleaning fee . luckly the store was open and explain the cleaning the fee it was take off .
