Website allowed me to checkout with a rental unit, when I arrived I was told they were overbooked for month. The staff thought it was pretty funny - the humor was lost on me. I had to spend the next 3 hours finding an alternate storage unit while paying for the truck I rented, and wasting precious time. completely destroyed my weekend. The truck I rented had less than 1/16th of a tank of gas when I picked it up. I then had to go and get gas before I could use the truck. Ended up overfilling the truck and returning it with just under a half tank. Manager gave me a 10$ credit for over 20$ of gas. Not good enoughMark L.

It is a convenient location; however, there are too many assumptions that could be resolved if the customer service representatives would just take time to listen. Also, I understand Covid and all but, too much information is just yelled out by the CSRs. Personal Identifiable information - "What' your phone number, and name associated with the account?" My rental was for 24 hours. The gentleman with whom I checked-in wanted me to return the 15' truck within 21 hours, as he had a family who needed it for their move to TX, the next morning. He seemed upset when I explained that an early return may not be possible, as I was moving my daughter from her college apartment. His behavior worsened as he learned that I did not have my cell phone with me (it was at my daughter's apt, where we had been packing). When I gave him my daughter's phone, I heard a dial-tone on the speaker of his phone. When my daughter didn't answer (she didn't recognize the phone number), he again said he could not rent the truck to me. I gave him another number and fortunately the call was answered and they "accepted" being a secondary phone number on the rental. In my opinion, this was poor customer service. I had never read, nor been told of the need for a phone. If this is true, it appears to be a new policy and should be visible when completing an online rental. Furthermore, the representative seemed to carry personal frustration into his professional space.Harry G.
