Good location and very helpful!
1. The truck wasn't fully clean 2. The computer wasn't working when I got there to check in 3. I was charged for something I didn't agree to. 4. The window crank knob kept falling off.
I was charged an extra $5 for use of the hand truck and another $5 for use of the blankets which I didn't use.
We scheduled a time to pick up our truck at 7am. When we got to the location at 7am the truck that was assigned was completely blocked in on all sides by other trucks. We called the help number but after 25 minutes or so we just decided to wait until 8 when the place opened. This location doesn't park their trucks in actual parking spaces. They just squeeze them in and I'm sure they have this problem often
The online process to rent a truck was complicated. I had to enter my information several times even though I had already rented before and had an account. I was also charged for the Safe Move coverage which I had opted out of since I was only using the truck for an hour in a 10 mile radius. Please contact me about refunding that amount since I did not request that service. The check out process was also super complicated and took over 30 minutes. The person helping me out said there was an issue with their computer system. I would like to be contacted for follow-up please.
Location says they do not sanitize vehicles after rentals very concerning.
I had a reservation 4 days in advance and they said they didn't have a Moving truck for me , I am very upset!
The vehicle came with so little gas that gas light turned on after 3 blocks. And then they want it returned with the same amount or more. I only needed to go 40 miles so I had to fill up right away and make sure I put in enough for my whole trip. Seems like bad business to lend out vehicles with that little gas.

Juan and john had great customer service. They're efficient and got me out quickly. Hopefully I don't have to move again soon but if I did I'll for sure come to this location again.

Customer service is horrible at this location. I was belittled and accused of stealing a uhaul. Worst experience I've ever dealt with.
All went well. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
The person checking us into our reservation did not know how to use the computer system. He literally told us we were at the wrong location and should be at the Grand Avenue location so he doesn't even know what street his place of work is on. Checking in took way too long and cut into our rental time. We had to help him locate our reservation in the system. Minimal instructions and guidance were given, he just gave us the keys and pointed to which truck was ours. We asked where to leave our car and he didn't know. Dropping off the keys and checking out wasn't quick or easy either. Just make sure your staff knows how to use your program. If we didn't walk him through the process he made it seem like it was out of his hands and he couldn't help us out. Very frustrating and confusing experience.
Make the drop-off easier after the 4 PM closing hour without the $20.00 drop-off fee. I don't understand what that is for???
Their computer system had difficulties which made it take longer to do the paperwork.
After initially booking a van online , I waited over an hour before I actually was able to drive off the lot. After I was told there wouldn't be any payment due at the location, I was then charged $48.00 for mileage or whatever , it was never really explained what it was for. Not actually having enough funds to cover at that moment caused the system to obviously reject my payment. The guy helping me (ha) didnt tell me he was charging that amount and he couldn't figure out why my card was being rejected. I thought he was running the card to see if I had a positive balance . Which I did just not $48.00. I was left standing at the counter 2 different times for 20 minutes while the attendant went to get someone to help. The second time I walked into the garage and theres my attendant and I guess the person to help, both working on a car ,talking away. Meanwhile I'm trying to figure out what the hell was going on. At this point I'm pissed and asked if anyone was going to finish my rental . No one came back to the counter to say sorry for the delay, nothing . And all it was ,was not enough money on my card. After all that I had to leave and make a deposit because of course they dont take cash. Another 20 min. Also had to wait while the person that had the van before me brought the van back and then leave again to gas it up. She was gone at least 20 -25 min. My rental was for 4 pm. I got there early thinking I could get it early . I left the property with the van at 5 20 pm extremely pissed .
The vendor was rude and really aggressive when asked questions. They were more worried about closing and going home. Horrible!
When renting the vehicle, I had chosen to have a dolly with the vehicle. After we left we realized no dolly had been provided. Only after we returned the vehicle and mentioned this did they tell us the dolly had to be gotten separately from the vehicle and couldn't help us since we had already returned the vehicle. Telling us the dolly came separately would have been greatly appreciated since we still got charged for something we didn't use.
Guy at rental location was very helpful and informative. Use of on line check in made returning easy.
Make sure the truck has a ramp! This is the first U-haul I've ever used that had a missing ramp. It makes it extremely difficult to move furniture without being able to walk it up.
The guys were great, they even asked when I turned in the van if there were any problems, braking, steering, etc..
This move was challenging for me but Bruce was so kind and helpful. He made the truck rental process smooth & uncomplicated. I will definitely use this location again if/when I move in the future.
Terrible customer service. The employees were rude and gave a lot of attitude.
