I'm very upset, I called the uhaul in Crestline, I was told they had a available truck, Only to get a msg that I had to drive down the mountain to San Bernardino. So without questioning I drive down to San Bernardino, Thinking I could drop off in Truck in Crestline. NOPE! The San bernardino location says I have to return the truck back to them. The store manager called the corporate mgr was given permission to give me a discount on mileage, Because it's 40 miles from Lake Arrowhead to San Bernardino and 40 Miles back. I was promised a .50cent discount per mile. That promise was not fulfilled. I was charged full price. I paid for 90 miles 80 of those miles was me driving out of my way cause I was mislead by the Crestline location, Then mislead by the San bernardino location Thinking I was getting a discount. I paid over $200. For a truck I used for one run a total of 10 miles. I feel very taken advantage of. I don't think I will ever use Uhaul again. I'm really upset!
