Everything was cool until I had to drop the trailer off the little boy there was rude and took his sweet time getting the trailer unhooked so I had to do it myself while he stood there and watched me. initially reserved a trailer that was too small. I was allowed to change my reservation for a next size higher with no problem. Thanksjose V.
Charged fee for damage that could not possibly have been done by my actions. Safemove extra fees also allegedly did not cover this specific type of damage and that another extra Safemove "coverage type" was required to cover the alleged damage. This place is a joke. Make renting out a trailer a lot easier on your employees. It must have taken the poor girl 500 keystrokes to satisfy the program demands and that was after I had already pre-registered so my name, phone number were already in the system along with the year, make, model, engine size, number of doors and whether my F-150 had four wheel drive. I was ready to pay but had to wait on the system then take a picture of my own drivers license and wait again then wait some more. It finally printed out a four page booklet that neither of us even looked at. The facility was OK but it's an array of buildings and trailers and trucks such that the customer entrance is hard to find. Once inside, stacks of boxes blocked access to the desk. I was wandering aimlessly until one of the clerks spoke to me and I could find them. Short version - the people were great but the system needs simplified.GARY O.

This is not my first negative experience with this location however it was the worst experience! I reserved a trailer and upon picking it up I already had reservations about how old it looked but accepted it anyway. I took my planned trip and on my way back I had a blow out. Once the roadside assistance got to me and looked at the tire he stayed himself the tires were extremely old and should all be looked at.Joshua H.
I used the mobile pick-up option and upon verifying the the fuel level and mileage on the odometer, I noticed both were slightly off from the records on the app verification process. Uhaul needs to keep better records in this step of the self check-out because this will result in the customer being overcharged.Victor S.

Attitude towards customers could be way better. Keeping reservations instead of shorting customers a day also wrong. I had my reservation and had to get a bigger trailer but this location did NOT keep my days so I had to pay even more. Try to call them 3 times put on hold for 28, 26, and 32 minutes to get the situation fixed and was hung up on all 3 times.Nicola F.

Ignition was a little hard to turn remove key. I struggled the whole time. Maybe because I am a woman. I have driven uhauls before and never struggled like this time. Also the cashier started off rudely until I called her attention about it, then she was much nicer. I don't think she had to start the early morning like that.
