On the web interface, I had trouble taking a pic of my license. It was because I didn't have my browser authorized to access the camera on my phone. I figured it out, but thought that it might be worth you putting a note on the site so that people know they may need to do this. The whole process was seamless and I am really impressed with how user friendly the pre check in process was.

The original place I was to pick up truck was very rude and would not rent me the truck I prepaid for. I had to be sent to a new location to get a truck. I did everything online even the checkout process and it took nearly 3 hours to finally get a truck. I was given $50 refund but it should've been much greater.

I never thought I'd be so compelled to write a review about my uhaul experience but when somebody goes above and beyond to help you, credit is due. I arrived close to closing time and I had questions pertaining to a trailer rental. Kyle was the only representative there and he began to answer all my questions. He advised me what trailer was best, helped me with a new tow hitch, and was honest and straight forward. He went outside with me to help me install the trailer, and when he checked if the blinkers were operable, he noticed an issue. It was well after closing time, raining, and there was Kyle underneath my truck showing me what was causing the issue and what I'd need to do to fix it. He turned into a mechanic and got to work. Wired everything and made everything right. Not ONCE did he look at his phone or make a comment that it was 20-30 minutes after closing and he's off. Not ONCE. He conducted himself so professionally and was thorough. He didn't have to do that and I am so appreciative. Even his boss, Seth (who is also a stand up individual) was/is so appreciative of Kyle and agreed with me In saying that Kyle always goes above and beyond. I just wanted to thank Kyle and Seth for all the help and I hope this review lets people know that there are still employees out there that legitimately care and will go above and beyond.

I started my walk in by telling the employee I need a truck til Friday(it was Monday). He looked up in the system to see what was available since I didn't reserve a vehicle. He said there was a 15' available. At this time I told my wife to leave since he said there was a vehicle. We go out cause I asked to see the inside of the storage area. We go back inside to do the contract and tells me it is due back Tuesday at the same time. I repeated to him I needed a truck til Friday and he said there was nothing available. I am now stuck cause my wife has been gone for 15 mins. He looks after I got pretty upset and says there is a 20' truck that I can get til 1130 on wed. I have no choice. He gives me the keys and sends me off. I get a text 15 mins later and made aware that I have to return in at 0930 on Wednesday. Pissed I call back and get some type of customer service center. That rep apologized for my previous experience and extended my time to 1130 on Wednesday. Since she had that ability I asked about keep the vehicle til 1130 Friday. She was able to make that happen. Not sure why she could do that but the guy that rented me the vehicle could. Friday when I returned the vehicle, same guy that rented me the vehicle was helping some else rent a truck. This time he goes out and pulls the truck up to the front for renter. I got the keys tossed to me and had to ask which truck it was that I rented. I guess I needed to be women in tight yoga pants to get that type of customer service.
Truck had no dolly had to return to pick up cost mileage. Secondly Customer Service was Subper at best while attempting to explain I had no dolly.Thirdly hen I was 6 min after 7pm closing while worker was still in store he simply and rudely told me he was closed. Absolutely horribly servise..
I had on my order a hand truck. When I arrived there was none available. I had to rent one from Home Depot and pay $35 due to it not being available. This made my experience drop. The associate was great to work with.
I don't like being automatically charged for 2 days when I'm only going to use it for one, regardless of the miles.
