The manager was rude. The rep was trying to find me a trailer with a ramp at another facility. (U haul doesn't state the 10 ft trailer's don't have a ramp). He asked the manager and he said that's what he ordered that's what he gets. The rep looked at me weird like the mgr was not helpful. I just took the 10 footer. Because the mgr didn't help.

The manager Martin and his crew are awesome. That is the only Uhaul location I used when I have needed to. And for the past 3 months they have worked with me. And recently the past couple of weeks with a truck. The manager Martin even went over and beyond to keep me still there as a customer.

Fire the condescending prick at the register at this location (I think his name was Ricardo or Robert) absolutely NO customer service skills at all! Very rude so early in the morning. He couldn't find my reservation at being so rude then I was told they had no more 20' trucks so I had to take a 26' truck which later caused my destination drop off to change because they didn't have room for that size truck. After I turned in the truck early the same day I picked up, it was after hours so turned in key and contract in drop box meanwhile I didn't know because NO ONE informed me that I had to take pictures and submit via your phone app. And because I called in and spoke to someone to make them aware the truck had already been dropped off, I was told that there would be an additional charge. This was the WORST experience I've ever had using Uhaul and will NEVER use them again. You can thank Ricardo or Robert at 5420 Grissom Rd #215 in San Antonio, TX! Worst customer service ever and he didn't even seem to care about it.

Have competent employees that know what they are doing, to prevent customers from wasting limited time. I reserved a truck, Dolly, car tower. First when I arrived to pickup the truck they also hooked up the car tower, which I won’t be able to load the truck 45 minutes wasted, then I had reserved the dolly, I drove home to load and there was no Dolly, I called the store but it got transferred somewhere else because this location was not answering any calls at all. The lady I spoke with was very rude and stated they would call me back, I waited 1 hour, never received a call back, I drove the truck back to the location all the workers where relaxing and having a good time, not busy at all, I wasted time, gas and miles. When I got there they didn’t even apologize for their mistakes. I am going to file a complaint, this was just unacceptable.

The young man at the counter was all by himself but greeted me with enthusiasm and a smile when I walked in even though it was 15 minutes before closing time. He took care of me, got me exactly what I needed, and even offered me a great deal on some safe move coverage for the trailer which was only $8 for the entire rental. What a bargain! I took it of course and had a smooth, stress free rental with no worries. Five star service for Grissom Road!!! Thanks uhaul!

Improve the customer service of your Corporate SALES team. I was trying to get an account for my business and the service by phone was obnoxious and frustrating. Terrible customer service. Convinced me to find another solution. Thank you for that. Saved me money.

The two guys that were working at the time we picked up the truck were of absolutely no help. Told us nothing about the truck that was helpful. Didn’t know how many gallons the truck held. Didn’t show any of the features on the truck. Didn’t know the range of the truck. Nothing we needed for our trip.

Complications with the card payment device. Kept locking up. Battery on the truck had to be jump started causing delay in the move.

For a long time member/user of this location I was disappointed with my experience. I made an advanced order for a rental truck and it was not ready when it was supposed to be causing me to have to pay for a hotel as I was moving. I want someone to call me. I want you to work on making sure equipment doesnt show available if it truly is not. And the customer service rep at the physical location was rude.
