ELISHA AI dropped this off after hours so there was no Personnel to assist me but as far as the drop off location in itself was very clean and decent
DAVID TI arrived after hours number was posted on door I called she was very nice, extremely helpful, great customer service. Lock box was available for key pick up and drop off U haul app.was also very convenient and self explanatory, will definitely use again if needed and highly recommended.🙏🏼
Mary MApp did not work properly. Took over 30 min to pick up and drop off. I was overcharged for mileage and charged extra for cleaning and fuel, etc when I filled it to more than when i picked it up. Had so much trouble uploading photos and such that delayed and made the entire experience awful and has deterred me from forever using or recommending your app!
