But before I had a reservation on a 6 x 12 trailer and was not available at a different location I made the reservation the day before about 3pm and never was informed that they didn’t have my reservation available had to go to a different Uhaul and it was out of my way where I was heading to use the trailer . Would like for the inconvenience to get a credit of some kind . I do rent from Uhaul very often .

The trucks had gauge was stuck. I ended Up filling the truck up half way which upset me because I have Never in my 9 moves with uhaul received a truck not full. So I lost Money because of a broken Guage that was stuck.

Excellent customer service and cleanliness of vehicle. I would only recommend auto maintenance on the rental vehicles, perhaps it was just my rental that was a bit odd (alignment seemed off), but no hard complaints. I would come back to this Uhaul location if/when I move again.

The inside counter person was outstanding, very knowledgeable and friendly. On the other hand, the outside person that manages the equipment was much less friendly. He was rude and not even close to being proper for someone working in customer service. I thought perhaps he was having a bad day but I had the opportunity to experience this man both for the pick up and return of my trailer. He was a very unfriendly and abrasive on each encounter. Your company may want to re-think this persons duties at your facilities. This person may be better suited for a non customer contact position.

Two people were in front of me at the Vance Jackson location. The employee took over 40 minutes to get to me, and when he did so he said my rental trailer was not there. He sent me to the San Pedro location to get my rental there. While pulling into the San Pedro location, I noticed a uhaul driven by a uhaul employee leaving as I was entering. I stopped, flashed my lights, and waived him through. After he was clear, I entered the parking lot. After parking, I walked into the store. While walking in another uhaul employee approached me in the parking lot. He accused my of nearly hitting the same truck I had waived out and told me to leave the premises. I ignored this employee in the parking lot. He entered the store from the back while I entered from the front. As I approached the checkout counter, he circumvented the counter, informing me that I was driving I unsafely and told me to leave. I told him that I was not there to speak with him, but to rent a truck. At no time did I accuse, harass, or belittle the employee; I simply told him that I was there to rent a truck ( having been sent from the original location). He told me (without looking at a computer) that I should leave and go to the Austin Highway location. While saying this he was physically blocking me from the pathway to the customer exit. I stared at him and he moved out of the way. I left the San Pedro location and called uhaul. The third or fourth person I spoke with finally told me that I was welcome to rent from the San Pedro location as long as I promised to be civil. If being civil means telling a uhaul employee that I would prefer not to get involved in a confrontation that he started, but would rather rent a trailer, I’m not sure what the standard for “civil” is. I returned to the San Pedro location and the lady working there helped me out. She was great, and I rented the trailer. In summary, I was approached by an antagonistic employee, ignored him until his actions made it impossible to do so, and was only able to rent a trailer after promising to be “civil.” This ordeal of logistics took 1 1/2 to 2 hours on a slow Saturday morning. If I have a problem like this again, I will look for another more expensive vendor. I cannot afford to blow 2 hours of a move-in day because of poor logistics and an employee in need of personality lessons. Thank you

The trailer lights stopped functioning minutes after leaving your lot. I called to ask if I could return and get assistance... I was told that I could not return and must call roadsise assistance. I went ro a local mechanic on Blanco and made the adjustment - loose wire.

cant get the van with a debit card? i used to be able to and when i did my reservation i used that card. there are two different debit cards one is just to be used as debit, the more expensive one is attached to a checking account and bank state we can rent cars and reserve hotel rooms with it, why cant i get a van with my check card/ debit card?
