The operator had a difficult time with the U-Haul internet connection. Seemed to be a problem with U-Haul IT and not the operator.

I ended up needing a truck and a van to move. They were very accommodating.
Donna R.The interior of the van was filthy dirty. There was food, dog treats and grime. The van had a heavy odor if pet urine and it was hard to breathe.
