I had to travel 45 mins to pick up a trailer at what appeared to be a "convenient store" for a one way rental. Meanwhile, there is a full fledged UHAUL dealer a couple of miles from my place of departure. Two employees, who appeared to have just enjoyed a ""non-cigarette smoke", in the back room, public area of store was unmanned when I entered, were very cordial and got me hooked up. What either of them forgot to mention was the fact that a "two day" rental actually means 48 hours! On the day the trailer was to be returned, I received a call at 2:00pm, from the drop-off location, inquiring as to where the trailer was. I picked up the trailer at noon two days before. That little bit of misinformation cost me an additional $40.00 over the already $600.00 plus rental fee.

John MThe drop down ramp on the newer trailer was a definite plus. I’d like to see better tie points than the narrow slots on the wooden rails on the side. Those are really limit the ability to tie things onto the wall.
