Owner of the facility went out of his way to help us when we had billing issues with our corporate account, even going so far as staying after hours to call U-Haul to help us with sorting out our issues. Can't praise enough the job he did going the extra mile.Chris S.
Awful experience. Overcharged for my vehicle mileage and then had an extra $40 on top of that for not returning the tank full of gas to 1/4. I specifically took pictures of the gas meter because it was well below 1/4 when I was given the key. Fraudulent business practices they're running at the 523 W 200 N location...STEVEN G.
The app to start and end the rental process is lengthy and has too many steps. Solution: Allow a user to pre-register their Driver's License and photos ahead of time and keep that info on file for all future rentals (until license expire or address changes). Other than that, the rental of the truck went really well!Michael J.
The truck broke down on the highway 15 minutes after we hit the road. It's was 9:30 pm and we sat on the side of the highway for 5 hours while roadside assistance tried to find a tow truck. Their customer service skills were terrible. Every time we called they gave us a different ETA. The tow truck finally arrived at 10am the following morning! I will never rent with Uhaul again after this terrible experience.MARIO H.
I really like working with owner?manager of this location, he really helped me out by extending my rental time of 4 hours to 24 hours. This was on a busy Memorial Weekend and rentals were scares.Sheri M.
The automated process what pretty simple and straight forward. I will say, the truck was not clean when I picked it up (sticky stuff in cup holders and seat, truck bed needed to we swept out) I stated that in my inspection before taking the truck, but I was still charged a cleaning fee.Christina R.

The location was in a tight spot, the car dolly pictures did not match the ones you guys sent for damages, the ramp pin sheared off and I had to tow strap the ramp up so I could finish my trip the representatives was friendlyMatthew H.
This was a joke of a professional interaction. We showed up to this location, which is where we were booked, had our uber drop us off and leave, and then were told they had no truck. It took us 15 minutes to even get the guy to look into our contract and then were told they texted my work phone the night before. He made no effort to help us. No email, no follow up, nothing. We were then sent to another location, which we had to order another uber to take us to, where we were told they didn't have a truck for us either. Thankfully that place was able to contact corporate U-haul, because through out all of this, we could not get through on the phone to ANYONE. We did not find any information online and no one answered a phone at the locations or at the main number. To say this was frustrating is the understatement of the century. Finally, we were told we needed to go back to the first location, they now had a truck for us. One more uber, 5 heavy suitcases moved for the third time, $50 promised in exchange for our troubles (haven't seen that) and now I will do everything in my power to never use Uhaul again! The worst part was listening to the bullsh*t message about how easy everything was. GET YOUR SH*T TOGETHER!Marcos H.

This was the easiest and most stress free rental experience! I picked up on a Sunday and used the online pick up and drop off. Smooth as butter. Would highly recommend to everyone who's busy, in a hurry, and prefer a seamless process!Christine M.
The office made me sign a form to return the truck with 3/4 of the gas tank. But when I got in the truck and drove for 10 minutes, I noticed that the truck only had 1/2 tank of gas.Helong Z.

One of the verification items offered was â€œPassportâ€. It seems one could take a photo of a passport on the spot but one couldn't upload a stored photo. I didn't have a passport on me at the time of rental but it would have been nice to have been able to use a photo that was already in my phone.Laurence B.
