Was very tight to back up trailer. It was on an incline and had to find wheel chocks. Stone and a tire. Trailer started rolling when released from truck

Could be better staffed. We had to walk premises as they were not in office. Took 20 minutes to find someone. Then took another 15-20 minutes waiting for a call back from the guy who was supposed to check out equipment.
Angela SI’m waiting on my full refund. I’m explained , what not inform of a text message from U-Haul to take a picture of back end, trailer side of was damaged and I took pictures at times and mileage . I did not feel comfortable so I returned to U-Haul . I felt uncomfortable, going to be blamed for damage amd no picture . I inform and showed the two individuals pictures of and times and mileage. They should have informed about the text message U-Haul but they didn’t. I’m waiting on my refund it’s was to Tuesday area mgr get ahold of and he has not . I’m not happy with this delay. I’m calling U-Haul and ask what is going on…. Not happy at all And I’ve rented several uhauls in the past . This guy was nice who runs it but he takes short cuts that puts customer and U-Haul the company in a bad spot . He’s nice guy , needs to make sure hey your gonna get a text .., etc etc and I had no clue to I got home got my phone and seen it I want my full refund. I U-turned it from house back to U-Haul . I’m not taking it and no I’m gonna find another way to move.
