If any changes were made it should be notified to the person who reserved the item instead of pick up person. Items should not be promised to customer when the item is not available.

- reserved a week ahead, only to still have to wait 20min to be helped when picking up. - asked to be upgraded to a rental truck that has a ramp, was told that would be fine. - instead of taking me to the vehicle in the lot, they just handed me the keys and pointed in the direction to look. - attempted to take photos of damages not marked using the provided link, although it took nearly 5 minutes each photo with full cell service to upload, causing the link to time out and no longer work. - arrived on site and realized they never upgraded the vehicle and it did not have a ramp. - fairly frustrating experience all around.

Hard to know where to park, but all you need to do is ask when you’re at the counter. Friendly people, would suggest one more for morning when people are renting. Overall I will go there again to rent a truck.

Unfortunately, my furniture got wet from leaking truck, but nothing got ruined. I mistakenly left a chair in the truck, but they had set it aside for me and all was well. Thank you so much! It was a dumb mistake on my part, but thank you for catching it! Great customer service.

The small trailer I rented was old and somewhat beat up, however it performed very well. I was concerned about being accused of some of the damages but that did not happen. Overall a very good experience. Thank you

There's amazing customer service here. The pricing is just right & the people were non-judgemental and very helpful. They changed my trailer fuses without even me asking.... I will diffinitly be back!

There should be better a better partnership between the U-Haul locations. I used a 5 x 8 trailer for 4 hours and it cost me 40+ dollars instead of the 14.97 that was advertised. I have never used U-Haul before and I certainly will never do so again. Granted, nobody made me rent it, it was simply convenient enough that I paid the extra. I would not have said anything had I not received this questionnaire.

The customer service at the Silverton location was excellent! My problem was when I called the phone number before I went there and I spoke to a woman and I asked her if she was at the Silverton Road location and she said yes. She also said there was only one 10 foot truck left, and asked for my credit card twice, when I had told her all I wanted to do was get a quote. I thought she was pushy, and when I went to the Silverton Road location, no search person was there, and it appeared that there were many 10 foot trucks. The Silverton Road location went above and beyond my satisfaction, but the person that I talked to (not at that location) could improve on her customer relations skills.

Understaffed with 1 hour wait times for service at pickup

The wait time was horrible. I even called ahead to reserve and used the express check in. I got there before 10 am and didn’t get out till almost 11 o’clock. It seems under staffed. Also I could barely get the trailer out and back for return due to all the u haul trucks in the way.
