I did like the fact that the service was quick . What i did not like is the fact that i was they tried to rip me off. When i returned the truck the service man said the gas tank was full and i returned it with 3 quarters,, but after i showed him the receipt, which clearly showed 3 quarter, he was like " oh sorry its the computer was miss calculating, then he proceeded to tell me i spent. 42 miles and i told him it was not even 20 as i drove only 7 miles one way, AGAIN he says must be the computer error, i complained , and it was confirmed i was right, but i m not going to use U HOUL any more.

In my rental I requested furniture pads and an appliance dolly. I ended up not having a need for them and did not use them. The stores should be able to give credit for that instead of me having to contact corporate to be reimbursed.

If i ever need Uhaul equipment again this is the place to come, the manager personal installed my electrical hook up on my trailer hitch so i could go to SC to pick-up a trailer to bring back some items. I returned to this location to return the trailer. Overall the manager and staff were true professionals,highly recommended,thank you R. Wyatt

I was told that collision insurance was now mandatory for all Vans and pick-up trucks. In the month of April I have been charged $140.00 for two different rentals. This is extremely upsetting, especially knowing that I have had a handful of rentals from this location. I am only that my April rentals be refunded. Contracts - 85073062 & 85073062

The drop of was quick and easy. The issue I am having is that I left a backpack in the truck and have yet to get into contact with anyone. I have left numerous messages and haven't heard any back. Overall this has been a terrible experience and I will never rent from U-Haul again.

I am almost 60 years old and this was by far the worst customer service experience of my entire 60 years of living on Earth. The first thing that went wrong was I made my reservation online. My reservation was accepted several hours later towards the end of the business day on a Friday. I received a phone call telling me if I wanted to pick up a truck then I would have to agree to pick it up 20 miles away from my home and drive it 20 miles back to my home and drive it another 20 miles out of the way to turn the vehicle in subsequently adding 60 unnecessary miles to my bill costing me approximately $60 in unnecessary fees. When I called the national call center to resolve this the first representative I received basically said too bad so sad there's nothing I can do for you. I had to ask for my call to be elevated to a manager she very reluctantly gave me another phone number to call to escalate my complaint. I called the number I receive to ask late to call and after a lot of bantering back and forth the customer service supervisor finally agreed to go buy me a truck at a different location for the original 24 hours that I originally requested. Additionally she offered the 15-foot truck at the $19.95 rate instead of the $29.95 rate. On Saturday morning I responded to the location we agreed what provide me service. The representative at the location initially refused to provide the truck at the $19.95 rate as promised ,refused to provide the truck for 24 hours as promised and demanded that I bring the truck back by 7 p.m. that same evening. Again after a lot of bantering he very ,very reluctantly areed to provide a truck to me at the $15.95 rate agreed that I would be able to keep the vehicle until 10 a.m. the next morning. My wife and I receive delivery of the truck. We in fact return the truck at 2 a.m. the next morning drop the keys through the night Dropbox. Made sure in fact that we did fill up the vehicle as we receive it broom swept inside the truck and in the cab took photos of all above. On Sunday morning I did receive my final receipt only to discover did they did not honor the agreement .I was charged the full $29.95 for the truck. I was forced and charge for the insurance which the representative never offered me to accept or decline ,which I had declined online when I made my original reservation. And to add insult to injury when I went online to look at my actual bank account I was charged $20 more then I received from U-Haul as my final invoice. Sign very dissatisfied customer James

Please remember to show customer renting vehicle where you put the gas in to refill after using, this would have been helpful. Also, person who made the reservation for me didn't give me the right size vehicle when I told him I had a 7 foot couch and 5 foot love seat to move. Vehicle was too small and we barely got them both in almost ripping the fabric.Seemed rushed and really didn't take his time thinking it through for what size truck we really needed.

When I picked up the truck in St. Petersburg, FL, the "low tire" light came on right after I left the U-Haul store. I returned, the right rear tire was low, and the dealer added air to the tire. On my 700-mile trip to Hammond, LA, the "low tire" light came on again after driving about 200 miles. I stopped for the night, and the next morning, the right rear tire had only 15 lbs of air (I used my own tire gauge). I was able to get to a service station and add air to the tire. The "low tire" light remained on for the rest of my trip. I checked the air several times - the tire apparently had a slow leak. The tire was low when I returned the truck in Hammond, LA, and I informed the dealer there of the problem. I feel that this was an issued that I should not have had to deal with - the tire should have been repaired or replaced before I left Florida.
