Well first off I reserved IN ADVANCE a 10ft truck. Was told my location did not have it but they moved me to a different city to get a 15 ft truck. Got there they did not have one or the dolly or pads. I called customer service and initially told I’d need to go to the Southside of this city. I explained that I have already been inconvenienced because I needed the truck in Pinellas park NOT St Pete. After some time she located one that was fairly close to Pinellas Park. That location was great and helpful. But I will not use haul again.

The truck I rented was clean but there was way too much armor all used, especially on the floor mats. My passenger and I slipped several times when getting in and out of the truck because of the slippery floorboard. Also, someone went overboard with air freshener, it was so smelly that we drove with the windows open the entire time we used the truck.

Dropped off the truck hours. However when I called the next day to confirm the drop off rec'd amazing customer service on the phone. I was told that the truck was returned as scheduled, no payment due and a receipt was emailed to my right then. Thank you!

Your method of calculating billing in regards to the mobile app is extremely flawed. When returning the truck and photos of milage and gas are taken it results in a failure at which time you are charged 20.00 for not completing the process. It's cheaper and more convenient to rent same day Entrp.

My original drop-off site was Tropicana Field, but I was under a time crunch and just dropped off the Uhaul trailer to the Gandy location. The man unhitched my trailer, and I was done in like 5 minutes. The issue arose when I kept getting calls from corporate about my trailer not being officially returned in the system. After an email and a few calls, I just went back to this location and told them of my dilemma. The three men that were that were very professional and helpful. Roy Flounary, Jr did some digging and found out that when someone did the usual inventory of the lot, my trailer (RV0007H) was put in the system as a transfer, not a return. The system also said that it was supposed to be returned 2 day prior to when I did. I thought I was given two extra days as a buffer because of traveling when Hurricane Dorian was in the Atlantic. Regardless, Rico took care of everything. He explained that corporate had no way of knowing about the transfer-vs-return error. This is another positive experience.

The only problem was the computer wasn't working & I could not get any paper work to show the police if I were stopped. When I returned the equipment in N.Y. I wasn't able to receive a receipt that I returned the equipment either. This I don't under stand with a company that is nation wide.

One person working at 09:00 in the morning with 7 people in line. Even with a reservation and online check-in it took one hour for me to get the pickup truck I had ordered. That’s just ridiculous and poor customer service. The employee was trying his best but he needed more help. No place to sit so we all just stood there waiting or sat on the boxes.
