Again........I don't know. Everyone was polite, accommodating, helpful, friendly.. I haven't used U-Haul very often. maybe three or four time. I have never been disappointed or dissatisfied. And I have always used this location in St. Charles Mo. I trust these guys.

i tried to get a truck from Enterprise with a power tailgate. enterprise waited a week, then told me one and a half days before i was moving from missouri to wisconsin that there were 4 reservations ahead of mine and no trucks available for any of us, Thank God for U-Haul! GUARANTEED me a 26 footer on short notice!

The website is difficult to change return date prior to pickup. The 800 number has a ridiculously long hold time. I waited 32 min to talk to someone. Next time I will call the St. Peter’s location directly.

Make sure the vehicle floors are cleaned, black smoot got on the bottom of some of my furniture. The suspension of the truck was horrible. It was an awful ride. Also, the staff was rude.

Absolutely nothing! The customer service was friendly, courteous, efficient and professional. When I returned my cargo van the gentleman that checked my vehicle in offered me, and retrieved a cold bottled water. I was hot, tired and thirsty. That was a very nice touch!

This location was fine and actually very polite and speedy. However, this was not the location that I was supposed to drop it off. I made a reservation to pick up AND drop off at certain locations. When I arrived at the original and intended drop off location (St. Andrew's Mini Mart), I was asked to take it to another location because she was not expecting more trucks. This is very unprofessional. What is the point of me making a reservation to drop off a truck somewhere if I can't drop it off there? This leads to more issues like me wasting my time to drive the truck to another location when I have a lot to do, re-arranging a pick-up ride as someone has to come pick me up and then there is the risk of mileage difference. All of this just because they could not keep my drop off reservation. There is no reason why someone from either store couldn't just come get the truck.

Brittany is the manager there and she is amazing. I realized after pick up that I needed a bigger truck they jumped into action and was able to fulfill my needs. Leonard setup the new truck for me with little lead time and hustled to keep me in my time schedule and made sure the truck was in tip top shape. These guys are great at this location

Need to be more knowledgeable on tow dolly hookup. Constantly had to realign car while in transit. Damaged front fender without ever having abrupt or sharp turns.

I am very upset about what I was charged there are three different charges on my credit card and I look at the invoice from you guys and I see I am being charged for gas when I returned the vehicles with the same amount of gas that I rented it at I'm not sure how the person read it or not but apparently they may not be able to read a gauge or they move the vehicle and put it on a hill or something but I have photographic evidence of what the levels were at when I returned it as a matter of fact I went through the return process but something happened and it did not complete for some reason I even made a phone call to customer service about this. I always use the same U-Haul location anytime I move and have never had this kind of service I am very dissatisfied with the charges and think I am being ripped off especially when I want it to have the truck for longer but was only allowed to have it for shorter time because it was already reserved to somebody else.

I had a pretty smooth move transition with the help of Uhaul for the most part. The only thing that I had a problem with is them saying that I owe they pass amount that I am completely clueless and unaware of how it even came about when it is a requirement that you pay your bill when you drop off the truck. I would definitely recommend the location that I actually dropped it off at. It was not the location that was originally selected I was driving and in route I saw one that was off the side of the road and the representative was just stellar. She was at the location below, I don't remember her name but she made me feel so welcomed. And went above and beyond. U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer 1633 E US 50, O'Fallon, IL 62269 (618) 628-1177 The only thing that I would suggest is that if a customer quote on quote owes a balance that needs to be disclosed prior to arrival because what if I didn't even have the money. Move day is EXTREMELY stressful and you are on time constraints and to go in prepared to pay a certain amount, but then, get a surprise balance in addition to the amount that you have to pay for the current Uhaul you need can really alter everything and cause things to fall apart quickly. The only reason why I gave the pick-up location and above-average versus and excellent is because of the surprise balance that it was said that I owed. But the customer service and the Agents there were great. Thank you
