Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThis location is definitely hard to find. Very industrial setting. However, the app made it simple to drop off the truck even though the place was closed.
Rik M10' truck needs service, service light is on for TPMS, this hindered mileage to be shown. Truck ran fine. Manager was very helpful.
Paul EMid at best. Gas was on E. Felt like it was on fumes and barely made it to the gas station. When I asked the attendant, the response was “that was how it was returned last” and to “come back with it how you got it.” Didn’t feel safe to effectively say to bring it back as close to running out of gas as you can.
Kevin RThe lock was rusted so bad. It took me over half an hour and trying all of the codes for the location and eventually, using the rubber end of a pair of pliers for grip to get the lock undone to access the key for my truck. My hands and fingers are sore and bruised from trying to get this lock open. I honestly think I deserve compensation off of my last reservation. This has been the most difficult pickup this summer (I think this is my third or fourth?). I also left more gas than I started out with. My guess is about two gallons more.
